We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house! It was perfectly equipped, and we didn’t miss a thing. The beds were incredibly comfortable. When we arrived, the fireplace was already lit, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, we received great tips from the hosts that made our stay even better. We felt completely at home and would love to come back!

We had a lovely stay in this warm, cozy old farmhouse. The jacuzzi was lovely and the atmosphere in the house is unique. Aljanneke is an incredibly hospitable, cozy and warm host who immediately made us feel welcome. The house has every comfort: the kitchen and bathroom are perfectly equipped and everything is neatly clean and tidy. The house exudes tranquility, you feel right at home. There were a number of nice extras, such as homemade beers and homemade apple juice and jam. We actually wanted to stay in the house all weekend, but with Aljanneke's tips we also went to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and the town of Zutphen. There is plenty to do, but the house itself offers enough comfort and tranquility that you don't even need to venture out. All in all, subject to repetition!

Had a very nice stay. Everything was thought of and we even celebrated Sinterklaas with our family. They even helped in this. Very nice contact and we would definitely come back.

The photos actually don't exude enough how cozy the space is and how beautiful the grounds are with the farm and this outbuilding. It is very comfortable, well equipped kitchen, good heating, nice shower. You can hop on a mountain bike route or hike up the Sallandse Heuvelrug.

He is a real well behave and responsible Person and we have great time in historischen beautiful House.

We had a wonderfully quiet and relaxing time in the cottage. We didn't miss anything and the sauna is a great little highlight of the place.

We visited Andréia for the second time and it was just as wonderful as the first time. The location on the water is fantastic. The apartment is optimally equipped and sparkling clean. You can plan your excursions wonderfully or just sit relaxed by the water and fish. Andréia is such a warm and loving host. I could rave even further here but I think there is no more to say than that we will come back a third time.

We feel blessed to have found Heleen's house to stay in - it was perfect for us. The house and garden were both immaculate but homely. The house is well equipped for cooking and eating in (the house or garden) with a dishwasher to clean the dishes. It has a washing machine and dryer, TV, dog toys, children toys, bicycles, two good sized bedrooms (we only used one and the bed was very comfortable), bicycles to use and a good sized, matured, safe garden. Heleen was proactive in sending full and clear details regarding access and how to find everything, and she was very responsive and friendly in contact. A great host. The house is in a lovely quiet location on the edge of beautiful woods. There are other houses very close but it is in a respectful environment with plenty of privacy. The birds and even a red squirrel were regular visitors. Parking was easy in the spaces provided on the drive. We stayed with three small/medium dogs and really hope to stay again next year.

Great place as advertised. Easy check in and out, directions were clear also on how to get there. There is a grocery store ~7 minutes away and Giethorn is just around the corner. Many outdoors activities to do and choices of restaurants. The apartment and view from the lounge is beautiful. Very peaceful and relaxing. The only issue we had was with the door. The instructions weren’t very clear. What’s missing is, after turning the handle to the right, about 95-100 degrees, you then pull the door, via the handle, towards you so that there is about a 5cm ish gap, and then slide the door open.

We stayed three nights with a baby. For us it was a nice midweek. For the baby Should we do some practical actions like making it a little dark in the room during the day. We also live very quietly ourselves but do not have a rooster nearby. We did have to get used to the fact that a rooster crows the whole time from 04:00. Furthermore, we were well received and everything was top!

The apartment met all expectations! It is a very nice and tastefully decorated place where I quickly felt at home. Mirjam and her husband are incredibly attentive and involved. They think along and are easily accessible. The location is ideal, central and yet on a quiet street. A place to love to come back!

The apartment was a nice place to stay. Cozy furnishings, clean, nice beds. We enjoyed the cozy wood stove. Diever is a cozy village, lots of cycling and walking opportunities.

We loved the accommodation (beautiful, clean, well-equipped), on a beautiful quiet street by the canal. A few minutes walk from the charming heart of Amersfoort.. Good restaurants and dancing bars! Train station walkable to visit Amsterdam in particular. Thank you Mandy ✨

Great location in downtown Zwolle! You can walk into the shopping street in no time. Everything is neat and clean and a good bed.

The hosts Gjis and Sophie were very sweet. They were immediately available for questions and the location was great. Free parking was right in front of the door and also a spar right next door. The beach was a few minutes walk away. There were also restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Short connection to the highway. The apartment left nothing to be desired in terms of amenities and was lovingly furnished. It was also great that you could connect your smartphone or similar multimedia devices directly to the TV. All in all a lovely place to stay and we would definitely come back! Julia and Tommy

The apartment was great, it literally had everything you might need and even more. Beautiful quiet area and supermarket, drugstore, etc., about 7 minutes away by car. So definitely worth the money!

Had a fantastic stay at Jana’s. The flat is functional, spacious, very tidy plus very little traffic noise. Jana was great and with her info on the area, found the best Dũrũm I’ve ever had on day one - located opposite the Aktion store - and could recommend the Mexicano with a Cherry Ayran for €6,50. I struggle with walking and made use of bus lines 5 and 6 to get to and from the station and managed fine walking to and around the Old Town on my ‘tourist’ days. All-in-all a very pleasant and relaxing stay. LG
