Vacation rentals in Hato Viejo

We had very good communication with the host which we really appreciate. We were kind of sad that we went on a rainy weekend, because there are plenty of beaches nearby. Other than that, it was great! 100% recommended.

We had an amazing time! The house was exactly like the photos, right on the beach. We walked to poza del obispo everyday for the natural pool. It was perfect for the kids. Wesley was consistently responsive to our questions and gave us a ton of recommendations for restaurants and site seeing. Thank you so much Wesley we really appreciate you and the beautiful place to stay.

Comfortable and nice spot for a vacation in Puerto Rico. Close to near beaches and good spots to eat. Maritza was quick responding to anything we needed. I would stay here again in the future!

We loved our stay at Orange Wave. When we arrived, the layout of the house and how it is built threw us off a bit. Once you get the windows and doors opened up and get the breeze flowing from the Atlantic, it all makes sense and it’s amazing! Air conditioning in the rooms worked well and we really did not miss it in the common spaces. The water must be solar heated because it is not very hot in the morning and it’s scalding by afternoon. Not a big deal, just something to get used to. The beach is beautiful, but we could not swim due to rip tide. The pool was the perfect size for our kids. They are 5 and 6 years old and are just learning to swim. The deep end was big enough to stretch their abilities, but small enough that they could easily get to a ledge if they needed it. It was also easy to supervise the kids swimming. Overall, we were very happy with the house and we would rent it again on the future if we went back to PR.

This house was a fantastic place to relax in Arecibo. We loved being able to walk to the beach, several great restaurants, the malecón, and the city center. The space was clean and fully equipped, easy to settle into for a few days.

We absolutely loved our stay at the villa on top of the mountain. The view was breathtaking, and the place was so peaceful and relaxing. The villa is beautiful and well-equipped, and we really enjoyed the two terraces, the pool, and the billiard table. Everything was spotless, and there were no insects around, which is a huge plus! The outdoor bed is a great idea and very pleasant during the day. We also loved the bathroom with the stone shower—it felt like showering outside in nature. Everything was perfect!

Anana by the sea was the perfect escape from real life for our family while still feeling completely at home. Our favorite part was listening to the waves from the rooftop deck. It was so peaceful! Both hosts were very responsive the couple of times we needed to reach out and super helpful and kind! We would absolutely stay here again! We enjoyed exploring Arecibo and surrounding areas.

Excellent and responsive host. Made you feel right at home. The place was neat and tidy (stove top and electric coffee pot needed some cleaning), however that was nothing compared to what I’ve seen. Unfortunately we lost electrical power during our stay but the host made sure to install portable power plants to give us electricity to run the fans until the power grid was reset on the entire island. Overall would recommend Javier’s apartment and will definitely stay again.
