Vacation rentals in San Juan

I loved my stay here, my favorite part was how if you didn’t have a key to the gate you couldn’t even access the apartment. It aloud me to feel very safe. Not to mention the place was 10mins from the beach, food spots , & clubs. We planned to get a car ended up ubering and everything being so close made the Ubers cheap. Love how responsive the host was and answered all my questions in a timely manner. The apartment also was exactly like the pictures which I loved, but I will say the room was way bigger than I expected definitely a plus! I absolutely recommend staying here!!

It is a very clean & quiet apartment and has all utilities you need. Wilson is very responsive to my request and even recommends local restaurants and attractions. Building is away from beach, and better to have a car to get in and out.

Amazing experience with Melisa, Anna, and Leopoldo. Extremely welcoming, felt right at home, everything was beyond clean, fridge is stocked with some essentials, balcony is beautiful and breezy, the list is endless. The home is decorated with beautiful antique collections and Anna's paintings that were mesmerizing to enjoy on our leisurely time. Melissa answered any questions through text and Anna even demonstrated how to properly open a coconut to us by the pool. Truly worth the price and a special thank you to all three for making our trip run so smoothly. ❤️🇵🇷

Jason's place was all I needed for during my stay in Puerto Rico! Quiet, private, safe and easy to reach different beaches and places of interest. I had an awesome time in the island and having a nice, cozy, fully equipped place to come back home to, was all one can need! The way the flat was organized and equipped gave me ideas how I can adjust my own flat accordingly. So smart and practical! Jason was so easy to communicate with, reachable any moment and keeping on eye on me and if all is ok. Thanks for hosting me and I hope one day I come back to Puerto Rico!

This is the loveliest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. I stayed a little over three weeks, and it truly felt like home—I was sad to leave. The secured parking was a huge plus. Lizette’s tasteful decor made the space peaceful and relaxing. The kitchen was stocked with essentials, and thoughtful touches like a robe and hair towel made a big difference. I also appreciated the in-unit laundry. Lizette was an amazing host—very helpful, always available for any question, and she speaks English fluently, which made everything easy. She even helped me explore longer-term housing options on the island, going above and beyond any experience I’ve had with an Airbnb host. I loved having my morning coffee with a beautiful view, and being walking distance from a great café(Arrope Cafe). The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and central—getting around San Juan was super easy. I would absolutely stay here again.

This is always the hard part of every trip This was my 3rd time in San Juan and Zilkas place in literally in the middle of the city so it was a short uber ride (less than 20 mins and around $15 a ride) to the airport, multiple beaches, old San Juan, and lagoons if you’re looking to stay away from all the tourists but close to the tourist attraction this place It is located in walking distance from many local restaurants street art and bars and the neighborhood is easy to navigate even for a non Spanish speakers the locals in this area are very friendly and helpful We had a amazing time visiting and seeing all the city had to offer we will be back and hopefully Zilka can host us again
