Vacation rentals in Hat Head

What a wonderful home away from home. And couldn't ask for a better location! Walked everywhere, kids played with the provided boogie boards, and watched the sunrise over Sawty Beach every morning from the private trail out the back gate. Really appreciated the outdoor shower (with hot and cold water!) and the air con on those sticky humid days (although they don't stay on overnight since they're programmed to turn off after 3hrs). No beach towels are provided, so make sure you pack some or be prepared to buy some. Great stay and will definitely come back for another beach holiday 😎

Donna provides an excellent accommodation service. The unit was pristine clean and super well equipped. It is a real home away from home. Donna was v responsive to my last minute booking and later extension of stay. The little extras made all the difference. Donna is a considerate and generous host.

This was our second time staying here and again was an amazing experience! The place was super cute with thoughtful touches and the animals were so beautiful and friendly. Will definitely be back again!

We loved our stay at the Mill Cottage. It felt like home the moment we checked in. Mark & Miranda’s communication was always quick to respond and they were very flexible with our needs. We’ll be back for sure!!

We had a wonderful time staying here… the amenities were great and the property looks exactly like the pictures. It’s only a short walk to the local beach and everything we needed was within a 15 min drive away. The hosts were amazing and responded quickly with any questions we had.

Great place which was very close to town but very quiet. The house itself was great, easy to find and accommodated our needs brilliantly. Brenda was a superb host who even went out her way to get us a washing line to hang up our clothes. We’ve never had a host go out their way like this before, so it was very much appreciated. The gas in the bbq was empty was evening and Brenda had it replaced the next day. Superb house and an even better location! Thanks Brenda!!

Pete & Maria’s place was very comfortable and close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. They explained where good restaurants were and came out the front to greet us when we arrived. The patio looks out onto a tropical rainforest which is so private, peaceful and relaxing. There is an enormous TV that is easy to navigate. Coffee machine, large fridge and so many other appliances were also available.

Brian's place was so amazing, photos don't do it justice. You are on top of the rainforest and overlooking all the trees and then the views onto the beach was spectacular. Brian was so helpful from the start of the booking to when we departed, you couldn't ask for a better host, thank you so much. I came with my overseas relative, and she was blown away by the accommodation and the area, I feel it is the perfect escape for anyone with an international relative or for those wanting a relaxing quiet break away from everything. The town and restaurants are not far away so you can make the holiday what you want but I feel it would suit anyone. I will be back with my family or friends.
