Fantastic as always. Owner is super responsive and friendly. This is the perfect place for when we come to Yankton. In between all the destinations we hit up. Will be back again soon.

Alicia went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable! We enjoyed getting to watch the Charlie Brown Thanksgiving Special together thanks to the DVD player she so generously provided. Having childrens books, family games for a wide range of ages including puzzles, foosball and 🏓 ping pong table was a bonus 😃 The bedding and towels were soft and comfortable. We appreciated having both glassware and plastic ware options for dining in. The kitchen was well equipped and allowed us the opportunity to cook many of our own meals at the home. We appreciated the excellent communication from initial booking onward throughout our stay. Alicia was highly responsive. Thanks for a good stay.

This property was exactly as described. Gina was very easy to contact, responded right away, and gave very clear check in/out instructions. She even came over and cleared an unexpected snow off the walk and steps and put down ice melt! VERY happy with our decision to stay here!

Great place to stay in a quiet small town close to family.

Beautiful place with lots of fun and lots of space. Perfect spot for a fun air bnb. Great communication as well beforehand getting us all the info.

Was a gem! Peaceful, well-stocked, and beautifully maintained. Made for a relaxing getaway, and the hosts had clearly thought of everything to ensure a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet retreat with everything you could need. Evening and morning hot tub were enjoyable while watching the deer and turkey.

Our group stayed in both apartments (A & B). Both units have been recently renovated with comfortable furniture, great kitchen, nice linens and mattresses. Unit B has 3 bedrooms, but only 1 bath; 4 of us managed, but it was rather tight. Josie, a great hostess, had to clean bathtub upon our arrival, which she did in minutes after being contacted. Unit A has 3 bedrooms but 2 baths and is much larger. A minor issue was the presence of a few bugs...nothing serious, just a bit annoying. All in all, we enjoyed our 4 nights there and would definitely recommend A and secondly B for staying in Norfolk.

Quiet and serene, a great place to see Dexter’s unique piece of art. It was fun to see the repurposing of the things and sit on the decks and enjoy the weekend.
