Thank you, Lizzy, for accommodating my last minute reservation and providing such a beautiful place to stay while I visited my son who is a student at Wesleyan. I would love to stay here again. It was very convenient to the campus.

Natasha's place looked just like the pictures. She has done a great job modernizing the apartment. She was able to accommodate me with a late check-in. Might be the cleanest AirBnB I've ever stayed in.

Great stay at the Safehouse! The apartment was spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable for our week long stay. The host was responsive and friendly. There is a big kitchen with adequate dishes and basics for cooking simple meals. The bedrooms are spacious and clean with lots of hangers in the closet and lots of drawer space. Comfortable sofa in the living room, and a nice big dining table. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay. Quite and private. Inside the unit it is very clean and it looks better than the pictures.

We loved almost everything about this stay. Jason and Lizzy made everything easy and clear. Super convenient to Wesleyan. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The only improvement would be the sleeping situation for a 3rd guest. If only 2 guests, this home is ideal. We will definitely come back!

My stay in Simsbury was absolutely wonderful! The property was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome, providing thoughtful touches & amenities. Communication was prompt and friendly, making check-in and check-out seamless. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone visiting the Simsbury area. It’s a true gem, and I can’t wait to stay here again!

Mark’s place was perfect for our stay. It was clean and comfortable. The coffee maker, oven and refrigerator all worked well. The charging stations next to the beds were convenient. Downtown, shops, restaurants, Whole Foods, a wine/beer shop, and the walking path were all very close.

Staying at Godfrey’s place was great, it was just as the pictures, very spacious, had all the amenities listed. It’s nice and private and had ample parking. I already booked to stay again! Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Michal's place. Check in was very easy. The back parking area was well lit and easy to access. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Michal was very responsive when we had questions. Everything was very clean. Check out was easy and seamless. The TV and Wi-Fi were accessible and the directions were clear. Very cozy living room with a nice space to work if needed. Nice, quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay again!

Penny’s garden house was an oasis in an otherwise relatively stressful week for me, my wife and baby visiting family nearby. I didn’t see any other reviews mention bringing babies to this home, but I didn’t have anything to worry about with my pre-crawling baby. I’m not experienced enough to know what to consider after crawling/mobility abilities yet. The couch is huge and extra deep and after placing our medline pad to catch any potential accidents it was a great place to play and change clothes. The hot tap in the kitchen gets very hot which was great for cleaning baby stuff. Our clamp-on travel high chair attached securely to the heavy solid wood rolling kitchen island for baby led weaning meals. There is plenty of room in the bedroom for a travel crib next to the queen bed, but we could have easily put the travel crib in the adjoining yoga room and still kept the TV/kitchen area free to use with lights on. Coming and going is easy with the code. Much more to like, but out of space.

The place was nice. Our stay was peaceful and we were allowed to bring our pet dog which was greatly appreciated. We were able to find the place easily and getting in the door was good too. The beds were comfortable and we were able to sleep well. The hot water heater worked exceptionally well and we had no problems with hot water. The wifi worked very well and we were able to connect to the internet with ease. We even saw a beautiful fox!! Thank you for a great stay.

Chase was a great host! The place was just like the pictures. It was extremely clean when we got there. Very private, could not hear neighbors. Neighbors are friendly and helpful. No washer or dryer (as described in listing) but there is a great laundromat nearby within a 4 min drive. Kitchen is fully stocked. Shower gets extremely hot. Wi-Fi is good. Chase was responsive and left food recommendations. Lots of things in the area within 15-30 min drive , good mall, movie theater etc. Aldi and other grocery stores nearby. Overall a great stay, would recommend!

Jane was a helpful and responsive host, the apartment was beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped (and things were labeled for finding easily), the location was great for what we needed, and the cats were the absolute sweetest. Our family of 5 was comfortable and felt safe and right at home even during severe weather (super hot in the 90s and severe thunderstorms). Our kids didn’t want to leave! Thanks for everything, Jane!

Very happy with our stay. There were pots/pans/implements for cooking and a drip coffee pot. I appreciated the black-out blinds. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of bedding. The heat worked really well, especially for an old building. All very clean. It's as shown in the pictures. The one thing I hadn't properly understood is that the provided off-street parking is only for one car. Over the weekend, there were multiple street parking spots available directly across the street, but during the week, during the day, those have a 2 hr time limit. Just something to be aware of. One other FYI... Not anything the hosts can control... but next time I go, I'll bring drinking water from home. The Middletown CT tap water was OK for coffee, but not so much for drinking directly (to my taste).

Great place to stay, if you are looking for a clean, quiet and cozy place it is the right place. The house has everything you need in addition to being very well located. I will certainly stay again when I go to Connecticut.
