Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Harpeth River

The hosts were great and always reached out just to check in and make sure things were going smoothly. The unit was excellent, spotless, great location, and well equipped for a stay longer than a day or two. The beds, pillows, and linens, were extremely comfortable. A couple things to know/keep in mind… the king room is directly across from an active fire station so get your white noise set up on your phones or bring earplugs. A better shower head in the main bathroom would be great (water pressure is lacking) and there are usually some snacks laid out in spots like this but there were none at this unit upon arrival. Overall a fantastic stay, great unit, and great hosts. I highly recommend this place if you’re coming to Nashville.

We really enjoyed the Burnham. We came to Nashville for the Amy Grant/Vince Gill Christmas concert at the Ryman and stayed 2 nights at the Burnham. The place is quiet and immaculate. The apartments are beautiful and had everything we needed. The Latch app was a new experience but the videos were very helpful with explaining how to use it. We felt safe and secure. The Burnham is close to everything! You can see the Ryman down the street and it's only a block or so to the Country Music HOF. We took Lyft to a few places we went because of the rain but would have walked if the weather had been good. I will DEFINITELY stay here if I return to Nashville!! FIVE STARS!

Apartment is nicely placed and an easy walk from the main strip and to the Gultch. Very clean and has everything you need. Great balcony overlooking the pool area. Host was always responsive and helpful with any questions we had.

This place was exactly as described and exactly right for our quick weekend visit. Clean and nicely decorated studio, kitchen had everything we needed, nice bathroom and all very clean. Conveniently located to the interstate so quick to drive anywhere in Nashville.

Great location, spacious place, walking distance to restaurants and shops and a short Uber ride to everything else. Felt very safe. House was very clean.

This place is exceptional. The proximity to downtown makes it ideal. The views from the living space and the bedroom are incredible. Parking and check in were easy if you follow the instructions that Zach clearly lays out. Zach was extremely responsive. Although I like checking out different properties, when I return to Nashville I am definitely staying here again.

Dennis was such an amazing host. He was really respectful and answered very quick. There is so many local food chains around and you are really not far from a lot of places. 10/10 would recommend and stay with him again!

House was just as described. Very clean and James was quick to respond to any questions.

Only stayed one night. But our stay was a great one. Trying find the place a was some what challenging but got it figured out. But once inside it was great loved the open space of the living room the big kitchen. Would stay again. But for longer than a day 👍🏻

Overall the place was clean and had all of the essentials. The location of the place compared to Nashville was nice as Uber/Lift were reasonable and driving was also an option. One thing to note, there is a bar across the street which can get a little loud some nights. The garage is deep enough to fit 2 small cars, but if you drive a wide vehicle, mine is a Honda Pilot, then the door is a bit narrow so a large truck might not fit. If you plan of cooking all of your own meals, I recommend bringing some cooking supplies as that department is fairly barebones. Overall, I would recommend renting this place as it has plenty of space and is in a good location.

This was our second year spending the holidays at Casper's place and it was wonderful again! Very roomy and homey, and all set up with a Christmas tree and a fireplace. When a minor issue arose with an appliance, Casper had it taken care of within a few hours. I hope we can come back again!

Great location, convenient to the stadiums and downtown activities. The host was responsive to our communication and the condo had everything we needed for our stay.

Such a cute Airbnb!! Lots of supplies in the kitchen & the host answered all our questions/gave very clear instructions on where to park/how to access the place. Would definitely stay here again!

Definitely a great spot! I've stayed in a few different places around the city visiting and this is now my favorite little spot! Super close to downtown, deliveries, and Uber was super easy to get in and out. Parking was by far a 10/10. Love the roof! All in all would definitely recommend and will book our next adventure here!

The location was perfect, with attractions nearby and walking distance to Broadway Street. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby.

Great location but the train at 3:00am and the people pacing back and forth made it difficult for a restful nights sleep. But excellent otherwise!

Wonderful last minute get away to the city to do some last minute Christmas shopping and time away with the wife. Convenient to multiple shopping options, Downtown, dining, ect. Safe and convenient location, tastefully decorated and comfortable. Would love to come back sometime.
