Thank you for hosting our family of 5! We found our stay to be very comfortable and clean. The amenities of the building are great! The neighborhood is less busy than the old town area if that’s something preferable but still a 15 min walk to night markets. The hosts were also very responsive and friendly. Recommend! I would come back again. :)

The landlord is a very good Thai brother, can speak Chinese and English, communication is very smooth, great

I had an amazing stay here. All the staff were so helpful and friendly, I felt safe and right at home ! Nice quiet area and the location was also perfect for me, close to a lot of restaurants, markets and shops. Night bazaar is less than 10 minutes away ! If I visit Chiang Mai in the future I will gladly stay here again. Fridge and A/C also worked very well 👌🏾

Place was very nice and clean. Love the location because it’s easy for drop off and pick up. Roof top pool is the highlight of this place. Worth your money staying.

This place is truly amazing. The property is well-appointed with 4 excellent sized bedrooms with soothing decor and ample storage which is sometimes an issue in other places. A good night's sleep was had by all due to the comfortable bed and the property being set in peaceful surroundings. A spacious living room allowed for a very relaxing time with comfy furniture. One aspect we really loved was the provision of games for the younger members plus reading materials. The kitchen area was well-equipped and had plenty of seating. The view from the front of the house looking out is stunning as it's a nature lovers paradise - trees, large grass area( great again for the little ones ) and pond. Overall an excellent stay with perfect location with which to visit the many local attractions.

Pip's place was absolutely the best experience I have had at an airbnb anywhere around the world. The property is in one of the most pristine areas in northern Thailand and is full of flora and fauna. I stayed 11 days and it was the perfect place to recharge after a long year. The caretakers are so lovely and caring. They took me on multiple trips to different locations and we had some wonderful meals at night. I will be coming back again in a few weeks to get refuelled for next year. Thabkyou so much for a wonderful experience and getaway 🙏

To begin, let me say that I would happily stay at this house again. The host communicated regularly with me, was exceptionally friendly, and very helpful. The house was large and had more space than two of us could use. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable. Air conditioning was available in every room. The kitchen has a good array of appliances, including a gas range, but has limited utensils if there are more than four people. One note: The house has more than 300 plants in containers, which makes the property very green and pleasant. One section of the plants is screened off for the owner to maintain, but I watered the other plants every few days. The house is about a 10-minute walk from 89 Plaza, a shopping center with many restaurants, a supermarket, and small shops.

The Pimrat's place is really nice . Clean two beautiful bouble bebed room with nice bed. Good Aircon every where in rooms and drawing. The toilet is so big with hot water with attached dressing room. Very comfort accommodation and safe. Its like a small banglow with security. You can take breath here. All through birds you can feel around. Pimrat and her hubbi took us to Maya and Nimman road with their big car. They are really very very nice persons. Their family persons are so good and smiley. Kim, the Pimrat's son he is a wonderful boy also a good musician. We never forget Kim... We love Kim. Pimrat invited me and my wife on 1st January party in her house. Wow wonderful party ... Wine ,Champagne various foods ... Songs, dance, lottery games.... Really we enjoyed a lot. We feel the Thai family how warm with reception. Pimrat now is not the host ... She and her family all are now our friends. We miss them.

Sunny is very proactive and responsible. The place is next to Central Festival where has everything. Room is spacey.

The communication has been great from booking until the end of our stay. I received very clear instructions beforehand, and when there was a minor issue with unlocking the front door Ge responded immediately and helped us out. Its quiet and peaceful at night, and the place is very clean. Ge is a great host, and the place is definitely worthwhile!

excellent place, so big. 80 baht in a grab to night bizzare. lots of local restaurants around. Great coffee shops nearby.

Liyong's place was very nice, great location and super clean with a lot of amenities. We liked to be so close to a lot of night markets, 2 supermarkets, Friday Morning market is right behind the corner. Walkable to everything that we possibly needed and wanted to see during our month stay. Super comfortable beds!! Liyong and Sophia are amazing responsive hosts. We had a couple of items that we needed, and these were delivered immediately upon request. Communucation was superb, speedy and right to the point. For us there were a couple of drawbacks: very small kitchen, and we like cooking dinners at home at least a few times a week, so it was not very convenient for that. It is OK for making breakfasts though Also we are very light sleepers, there was nightly party music from the nearby Hard Rock cafe which comeing thru the closed windows until 3-4 am every night. We used ear plugs. Otherwise, this is a perfect place to stay!!

Great Location, Great Amenities! This condo was the perfect base for our Chiang Mai trip. Being right next to Central Festival mall was super convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was responsive and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. We would definitely stay here again!
