Great hostess, makes you feel right at home, very responsive and helpful. House is very clean, beautiful kitchen, well decorated and private. Can't speak enough on how great the hostesses are. They are very thoughtful, extremely nice and considerate. I definitely would stay again.

The place is spacious with a huge backyard that my kiddos loved. The lake is beautiful even in the winter. The hosts are great!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming Airbnb for a week, and I cannot express enough how delightful our experience was. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials. The combination of a lovely apartment and exceptional hosts made for a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this place and if we’re in the area, we would definitely stay here again!

Good directions from Taylor. Rental was as described. Did have trouble sleeping due to the road noise. This was no fault of the rental just the circumstance of its placement to the road.

My friend and I are musicians with the Johnson City Symphony, and we had a great time at Sandy’s condo here. It was super homey and clean! We felt very safe and enjoyed the amenities in the home. It was a perfect place to stay and a great price. Sandy is a wonderful owner and works with you if you have certain requests. 100% recommend!

Andrew's place was quaint, and we'll taken care of. We chose this property thinking it was within 30mins of my family, in actuality it was 15mins. I can't forget to mention how close to Main Street Kingsport it is, which worked out very well.

This rental worked out great for our family to stay while in town for a wedding. Flexible arrival time was appreciated! Everything was clean, well equipped, and as described. Would recommend and stay again if ever back in the area!

We loved our stay at Preston and Lauren's place! It was extremely clean, comfortable, and a great location. We especially enjoyed making s'mores at the fire pit and playing scrabble every night. My 10 month old had plenty of space to play and we loved the little touches of a few waters and coffee ready to drink. Thank again for a great stay!

We had such a lovely stay at Restful on Rhody! Everything was as described in the listing, but it had an even homier feel than expected. This was the perfect accommodation for us for a few days while in Tennessee! Theresa is a thoughtful hostess who has equipped her home with all the things a traveler may need. In addition to helpful instructions for the home, there were menus, lists of restaurants and hiking trails, even coffee and condiments in the spacious kitchen! I highly recommend it!

Buc Manor was truly lovely. Sherry had the house decorated for Christmas and a tree was lit and decorated in the living room. The linens were 5 star hotel quality. Communication with Sherry was easy. She was always responsive. I highly recommend staying here. I will the next time I am in Johnson City.

This was the second time my mom and I have stayed at one of Dannys places and both times have been wonderful. My family felt at home and very comfortable. Everything we needed to cook meals, watch movies, and spend time together was there. We couldnt ask for a better place to spend the holidays together.

The apartment was very nice for my family, we enjoyed our stay. The lake front view was excellent - we were on the balcony most of the time. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need for meal prep, the beds were very comfortable and the whole apartment was very spacious. Check in and check out was very easy as well as the parking. We enjoyed our family gathering - so much fun. Thanks Bob, we would like to come back another time - only for a longer stay!

We needed the place since we were in town for the graduation ceremony at ETSU, which is right down the road. It was ideally located so we didn't have to worry about getting to all the events on time and navigating an area unfamiliar to us. We had some concerns over noise being that close to the campus and potentially having lots of students living nearby but it wasn't an issue at all. The place was comfortable with all the necessities and was immaculately clean. We felt it was a great price and suited our needs perfectly.

It was perfect for my trip to Johnson City. Close to everything I needed.
