The place is spacious with a huge backyard that my kiddos loved. The lake is beautiful even in the winter. The hosts are great!

My daughter and I took a quick trip to tour ETSU as a potential college. We needed a safe and clean place to stay for the night. Our host was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. The accommodations were very safe and clean. I know exactly where we will stay when we return. We had such a lovely stay at Restful on Rhody! Everything was as described in the listing, but it had an even homier feel than expected. This was the perfect accommodation for us for a few days while in Tennessee! Theresa is a thoughtful hostess who has equipped her home with all the things a traveler may need. In addition to helpful instructions for the home, there were menus, lists of restaurants and hiking trails, even coffee and condiments in the spacious kitchen! I highly recommend it!

The house was located in a peaceful surrounding and had a view of the city lights from the back deck. It was a very pleasant experience. The kitchen was well equipped. There was no street noise to disturb. It was especially nice to have one of the bedrooms with its own attached bathroom. This gave both my friend and myself privacy when we needed it. The owner was very good about communicating with us and it was very helpful that they had printed instructions as to what needed to be done before checkout. I would recommend this home to anyone.

I’ve used airbnbs around the world and this was one of my favorite stays ever! There was not a detail they hadn’t thought of which created a comforting homey environment. We found ourselves wanting to just hang out and relax there because it was so inviting. The hosts were proactive in providing clear checkin /checkout instructions. Patty’s place was perfect. Exactly as the photos and the place was immaculate. There were 3 of us there in business and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Highly recommend and will definitely use this place when we return.

Apartment was very clean and beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. He had common products available on the bathroom sinks and in the shower, stuff that you might forget when packing. He was extremely quick to respond and flexible to our check-out needs. If ever I need an airbnb in this area again, this is definitely where I will book.

This was a last minute (literally) trip to Cherokee Lake and Bob and John were very responsive and the check-in instructions were very easy to access the gate and the front door. The space was exactly as described on the listing. It was only 2 of us so we can't speak to the comfort of all the rooms but there definitely wasn't a shortage of space. It's a very large condo and a large family would still feel comfortable here. We visited in Feb so we didnt use the pool or the lake but if we venture back we'll definitely check to see if Bob's place is available.

We enjoyed our stay in Bean Station. Cliff was very helpful and always available when we needed something. Would definitely come back❤️

We needed a few nights stay in Johnson City for a beauty pageant . This was a great place to stay and close to many shops and restaurants. Would stay again !

We appreciated them allowing our bluegrass band to practice for few hours on Sunday, and allowing us to play with our only grandchild in the front yard. He really loved the chickens and wanted to play with them though! Lol Thsnk you so much for your hospitality! The fresh flowers were gorgeous in the vase in the kitchen table!

great place took back in the corner against the woods.. very close to you the gray City and Johnson City.. lovely little two bedroom with pull in garage
