Marty's place was really a great place to stay. The house is very cute and well designed with great furniture and decorations. The house is warm and welcoming and the kitchen had everything that you needed if you wanted to cook. The bathroom was also very clean and the shower was hot with strong water pressure. We had a great time staying there and we would definitely return if are back in the Hamptons.

Amazing! This rustic getaway exceeded all expectations. The two-cottage compound is beautifully updated yet retains its charming character. The landscaping creates a sense of privacy and relaxation in the serene Hither Hills, while the crashing surf sounds pure magic. Being just steps from the Atlantic is a dream come true. Everything was spotless, thoughtfully arranged, and perfectly suited for a peaceful retreat. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, nature, and seaside charm. Five stars all the way!

Location was perfect for us- easy to find and close to things that are important to us (family in area, beach, shopping). Fenced yard made bringing our little dog that much easier- especially during the rainy day! Kitchen was well stocked thankfully as we were cooking Thanksgiving dinner (but not well stocked in the casserole dish, baking tin department-- which is usually not an issue for most people!). Decent coffee was supplied with a Keurig. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. I liked that he didn't leave a long list of what we needed to do before leaving as that is often a hardship when trying to leave a house with kids before a long drive. I would definitely stay here again.

Nicole was absolutely lovely and her place was even more incredible than we could’ve imagined. We used it as our “home base” during my fun wedding weekend and it was extremely comfortable and suitable for our large group. She was extremely responsive, so flexible and very friendly too. Her home was beautiful in every way- despite us trying to figure out the garbage from the recycling from the compost (which we loved and tried our very best to follow), her home was simply perfect. SO many linens, and extra linens, open kitchen and comfortable couch. The at home gym and pool table was a great touch too! Beds were comfortable, everything worked as it should, and we were so happy. We loved our stay so much, and I’m really looking forward to staying again in the future! Not to mention, we were able to walk to RGNY (a wonderful local vineyard). Thank you so much Nicole!!!

6 of us stayed as a family for a wedding. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all. Very clean and spacious. My adult kids had fun using hot tub and pool table. We enjoyed the outdoor fire as well. There is a drip coffee maker, but we brought a small single cup brewer because we all like different things to drink. Ice maker in freezer was convenient. Master bed was medium firmness. We brought our 25 pound dog and the back yard is fenced. Walking him in the area was quiet and safe. The listing was about the same cost as getting 3 hotel rooms, but with privacy and extra amenities. We would stay again if we needed to be in the area. Thank you for letting us use your home.

Jess and Zack have a first rate place here. They clearly care a lot about their home and the comfort of their guest. The room was very clean, the bath was spotless, and the decoration was tastefully done. They provide high quality soaps, linens, and the food they had prepped for breakfast was delicious. This place is a quiet gem and I greatly appreciate your attention to detail.

We had a wonderful stay at Peter's home. It was beautifully decorated, very comfortable and a quick drive to Springs. Access to the private clearwater beach was a plus! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay! Location is perfect and Jaime was incredibly friendly throughout!! He let me know that they had everything we would need.. but as a self-described obsessive packer I didnt listen. He wasn't kiding! They had beach chairs, umbrellas, and everything else you need for the perfect beach day. I brought an entire wagon of stuff and used one bag. It really is an awesome little find!!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful time! We stayed for almost two weeks. The property is beautiful and puts you close to town of EH and Montauk. You are half hour or less away from Wolffer, Main Beach, Montauk, great shopping, amazing restaurants etc. We spent a lot of time riding bikes to the beautiful private beach and swimming in the heated pool. The house is clean, comfortable and has everything you need. Our girls loved to hang out in the sunroom and play basketball in the backyard. Can’t say enough good things about Ellen and how great of a host she is. Highly Recommend!

House is well represented. Spacious, very clean, and great location. Good for families or groups of friends.

Amy and Roger are super friendly, thought of so many little extras to make us feel at home. Having a working fireplace was a delight. We took short walks to the pond with our dog. And a 12 minute drive brings you to Main St. A few more minutes driving brings you to Cooper’s Beach.

What can I say .. this accommodation is absolutely amazing 😍 so peaceful, relaxing and just such amazing views and the house was incredible, everything is exactly how the photos looked , the pool was amazing, the house was so clean , the bbq was spotless, the fire pit was clean , everything was just amazing from start to finish, I would definitely recommend this place to anybody ! John has been an incredible host and so kind and very helpful all week , welcomed me and my family with a beautiful gift basket on arrival to which shows how much he respects and thinks about his guests and even offered up a meal on him 1 of the nights ! Not much more to say apart from this place is 10/10 , the host is 10/10 ! Will definitely be back in the further without a doubt!

The place is roomy and clean. The bed is comfy and the shower is great. There were juices and sodas and water in the mini fridge, a coffee maker with coffee and some wrapped snacks. A comfortable place to stay in a very pricy part of Long Island if you prefer a home over a hotel. We were only there for the 2 nights of our stay since we were out all day and for that it was perfect.

Tim was a great host! The Apartment was immaculately clean, plenty of fresh towels lots of little extras we really appreciated. Great recommendation for Linda's Pizza the food was great and we enjoyed the wine with our meal that was so generously left for us. The king sized bed was so comfortable! I would love to know what kind of mattress it is I want one! Loved the decor.The fireplace with the electric heat insert made it very cozy. Very cute outdoor seating area on the deck with pretty lights at night an extra bonus. Nice safe and quiet neighborhood. It was a privilege to be able to bring our pups and thank Tim for his hospitality. Would recommend Tim's place for a peaceful relaxing stay. We would stay again.

Madelaine’s cottage was the perfect location for our weekend in Water Mill! The house was cozy with a spacious and private backyard. The location is centrally located, and we were even able to walk to and from breakfast and the farmers market. I would recommend the cottage and would absolutely stay again!

Our second stay at the cottage - it's been a very convenient find; appreciate being able to use as our home base while we explore the area, and especially being able to bring our dog! Small but has been fine for the two of us, have used the kitchen multiple times as well.

Hi, it is Yuliya, me and my husband, we stayed in this place for three times already, and we will be back again. The bungalow is very comfortable and clean, well equipped kitchen, I feel like host is really care!

Judy and Joe’s home was the ideal getaway for our family’s extended Thanksgiving break. It had all the comforts to make us feel right at home, with a perfect location for exploring everything from South Hampton to Montauk. The private beach access was the cherry on top, offering the perfect spot to soak up the sun and enjoy the ocean waves. We can’t wait to return!

We stayed there during the Christmas holidays to spend time with our son, who moved there recently. It was a nice visit and even though this place was a tad bit small but perfect for what we needed. Our daughter had a room for herself but still within the same space with us, like a 2 bedroom suite. Better than staying at a hotel. Our only complaint is that the climate control system could be improved. It was very warm at 72°C even though it was set by the host to 68°F.
