Vacation rentals with breakfast in Hampshire County

Lee and Bill’s place was convenient and easy to find for our trip to Soulfest at the Franklin County Fairgrounds in Greenfield. We loved the great attention to detail they did in both decorating and revamping the apartment (it felt so clean and brand new) as well as the thoughtful extras in the refrigerator, cabinets, and bathroom. It was a super comfortable place to stay! Very easy, plenty of parking and nice plants and farm.

Second time I stay here and did not disappoint, again. Great location, clean unit and super convenient.

My sister and I spent our birthdays here and enjoyed a week of peace, reflection, and adventure together. Jill was so friendly, responsive, and welcoming and we found ourselves chatting with her over coffee each morning and walking around the property together. Jill is a wonderful person and we count ourselves so lucky that we got to meet her. Looking forward (so much!) to coming back soon and showing up, engaging fully, and letting go🍂🍁 Jill is the best!!!

I loved staying in Sandy’s home. The property is beautiful and my dog loved the fenced yard. The kitchenette is lovely and I enjoyed tea at the small table in my room. Sandy is a friendly host and I can’t wait to go back.

This place is a gem! I was looking for an area in a quiet area and this Airbnb was the perfect little nook to crash in. The bed was SO comfy and the Host was very friendly and responsive! She had a wonderful assortment of teas and fresh eggs that you can cook with. I went kayaking in the lake close to their home and it was so beautiful out there. I would say this is the perfect room for someone looking for a quiet nook in the woods!!

Gregory is a friendly host who is very welcoming and keeps a beautiful home.

We had a wonderful stay at Carol and Robin’s home on the lake. Anyone looking for a serene and peaceful setting would be thrilled with this rental. Our hosts communication both prior to and during our stay was top notch. We certainly hope to return someday.

Enjoyed our stay. Frank and Manon greeted us and were very friendly. The place was clean, quiet and very comfortable. The refrigerator was very well stocked!! Highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful time at Delia’s lovely apartment! It is perfectly located 5 minutes from Smith College and walkable to the center of Northampton. The spacious apartment is on the top floor of a very large historic home (2 flights up). It was light and airy and impeccably clean. Beautiful views of the Smith campus from the front windows. If you like quiet and privacy, this is the place for you. Delia was the kindest host. She even picked us up and dropped us off at the train station. This was incredibly nice of her and much appreciated. We came from NYC without a car. The house was conveniently located near a bus stop so we were able to easily visit Amherst. All around it was a great stay! Highly recommended!!!

WOW~ what a beautiful and inviting space! Walking into the apartment took our breath away. The decor, ambiance, cleanliness, and attention to detail was truly exceptional~ just like the pictures but even better in person! What a treat to experience the warmth and charm of this upscale and cozy space for the weekend. The love and care poured into every aspect did not go unnoticed. Jacqueline was a phenomenal host, and made everything so easy, from check in, to check out. Not to mention the special treats laid out upon our arrival. And you can’t beat the location, it was just perfect! 5 STARS across the board in all categories!!! This is undoubtedly one of the best spots in town if not thee best!!! Do yourself a favor and check it out!!!

This may be the most impressive overall airbnb experience I've ever had (I use it 5-8 times a year). A spacious and incredibly comfortable one bedroom small home/apartment, full kitchen, great common living space with tv (that includes cable, a rarity these days), comfy love seats, well stocked kitchen (with fresh milk, butter, bread, snacks) fabulous coffee set up, extremely comfortable bed. Jenn has gone above and beyond to create a great experience. If I was making an extended stay in the area this would be a very livable option. But even for a two day stay, it was amazing.

We were greeted warmly as soon as we got out of our cars. Ruth was working in her beautiful garden. She walked us inside the house and to our room. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud; it was incredibly comfortable and neither of us, who have different likes in our mattress firmness, could complain. We had a private bath (beautifully tiled) with an amazing shower head and lots of hot water and soft, fluffy towels. Down the hall (in the back of the house) was breakfast in the dining room (fresh hard-boiled eggs, coffee, muffins, fresh baked babka, juice) and more delightful conversation with Ruth, and the other guests.

Chris and Fran were great hosts. they made me feel right at home, with coffee, a light breakfast, and great conversation. the room was large and comfortable, inside a grande, historic house.

My stay was just one night but it was absolutely lovely. Chris is a wonderful host. Very engaging and friendly. The bedroom was comfortable and quiet. The sitting are was a bonus! I felt right at home and enjoyed my stay. The home is a Victorian style and I was given access to the kitchen and living area. I can’t say enough about how pleased I was with this experience!

Jim and Michelle were such welcoming and accommodating hosts. Their home is the perfect location tucked away in the countryside. Enjoying coffee and breakfast with Michelle on Sunday and their super friendly dog, Darby, was such a pleasant treat. Would love to come back more and explore the area. One thing to note, if you have Verizon you'll be off the grid here because cell service is sparse - but that's probably the best way to fully immerse yourself in the property and truly enjoy it!

Unfortunately, my trip to Amherst was cancelled. Michele was extremely helpful and gracious, despite the last minute change in plans. We will definitely book again in the future.

I can’t say enough about the beauty and isolation of this spot. Within a 10 minute drive there are a variety of good restaurants and shops, and Northampton isn’t far. But for walks in the woods, biking or looking at the mountains through the 270 degree window panorama, this spot is extraordinarily spacious and cozy. There are a number of famous rock climbing sites nearby. The bathtub is the largest I’ve used, not a jacuzzi, but bigger than most hotel jacuzzis. Plenty of hot water.

No wonder Nancy is a super host. She has combined all those roles into one, a sister, a mother, even a nana. Sitting on the deck, enjoying breezes from the early fall; the waves from Connecticut river and the splashing sounds sooth and rock you like a baby in a mother’s arms. If you seek a home away from your home; if you love nature, then, Riverbank is for you!! Nancy, I wish I could thank you more!
