It’s a nice apartment with a parking space in the driveway of the building. great location in midtown Detroit. Perfect for when visiting the area.

I stayed at Parkwood Ave for just over two months, and I can't say enough how great Robert's hospitality was. He was so very pleasant to work with. The apartment was clean, well-kempt, safe, private, had everything I needed, and was convenient for my work. The free, on-site laundry was incredibly helpful - particularly since I was working long hours and wouldn't have had time to get to a laundromat. Robert communicated perfectly the few times he had to stop by - to turn on the heat, for example. Without fail, he responded immediately and courteously, and never made me feel like taking care of things was a chore or problem for him. I would absolutely stay there again.

Leo was available and communicative. During my stay the was a water heater mishap. Leo was very accommodating and consistent until the matter resolved. He stayed in contact to assure my comfort.

Very nice place within walking distance to all the bars and restaurants downtown Wyandotte. Very modern and clean. Would definitely stay there again.

Craig’s place was perfect. We knew we wanted to be in Ferndale but most homes there are a little… quirky. This one is clean, comfortable and modern, with a cute patio and a great backyard, central air and heating for those muggy summer evenings or chilly winter mornings, and a kitchen you can actually use. The center of Ferndale’s vibrant street life is a five-minute walk away, as are great markets and essentials. We biked everywhere with the bikes we found in the basement, though we didn’t get to try the tandem. And Craig himself couldn’t have been more helpful, even replacing appliances overnight if they weren’t working properly. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, very close to places to shop, and easy access to local freeways. I appreciated Meriam's responsiveness during our time there. We'd definitely book and recommend this home for future visits.

The house is roomy, clean, and located in a quiet safe neighborhood. The backyard is lovely for sitting and observing the birds, squirrels, deer. We had lots of local activities so didn’t get to spend as much time in the house as usual. Our host was very responsive, accommodating, and helpful. Thank you

I loved my stay at Rano's home. The neighborhood is picturesque with tree lined streets and fireflies in the evenings during summer. Down the street in either direction is everything you need, but the neighborhood itself is quiet and peaceful. Rano was attentive and flexible, always answered my questions. I hope to return soon!

Great place to stay. location is key.. everything was minutes away, from fast food to grocery stores. neighborhood was nice and quite exceptionally great for me since I was working night shift. Great host, definitely recommend and I personally wiwill have this location down as my first choice when I'm in the area for business

This is my second time staying here and it was just as good the second time as it was the first. I sold my house in SC and needed somewhere to go until my house was ready. Cathy let me rent her house for an entire month and it couldn’t have gone better. The house is great, the neighbors are great and the house is centrally located near lots of restaurants and things to do.

This was such a great location! Easy to get anywhere and even on the busy road, the driveway was easy. Comfy beds, nice bathrooms, and clean, well stocked kitchen. The stairs were a little challenging for my mother, but otherwise it was a great stay!

We highly recommend staying here. If you’re looking for an amazing host that goes above & beyond, who is genuine, treats you like a loved one and makes certain your stay is great; a beautiful clean, well maintained home, backyard, front porch, washer, dryer, quiet neighborhood, close to shopping, restaurants, a neighborhood you can go for walks, friendly neighborhood, and feel safe. Then this house is for you. The host and his family are thoughtful & generous. We stay at least once a year. This Airbnb was somehow even cuter in person. The bathroom is amazing! Cozy beds, comfortable couch. The ambiance from the lights over battle alley at night is seriously magical, especially given my stay was just before Christmas. I absolutely would recommend, and could see myself staying again. I kept finding myself saying “i could live here”.

one of the best Airbnb i stayed in , place was amazingly decorated, she was very responsive , was kind of nervous from outside looking in thought place was small , not at all very spacious, an equipped with everything you need , will be booking with her again great stay 👍🏾

This is a beautiful apartment, exactly as described and pictured, with lovely rooms, comfortable beds, and spotless linens. There's plenty of room to stretch out, whether for card playing, tv, reading, etc. The neighborhood is very walkable, with Comerica Park and Ford Field both easily accessible (delicious pho is only 1-1/2 blocks away!). Communication from Christopher was thoughtful, thorough, and quick, and my whole group of four would happily stay here again in a heartbeat.

This condo is priced very well for everything it offers. The proximity to Ford Field, Comercial Park and LCA make it ideal for a game weekend. Downtown Detroit is very walkable and most of everything is walking distance or within a very short car ride

Great stay. Everything was exactly as described in the listing & the communication / correspondence was thorough & prompt. A fellow artist & myself were staying in town for the week to paint murals at a new & restaurant opening up & it was exactly what we needed. An oasis of rest & relaxation! Highly recommend if anyone needs a place to stay in the area.

Great place convenient to Royal Oak with a gourmet grocery store across the street. Perfect for a quick trip.

This place is great! Really - it looks brand new. Thats how well maintained it is. Extremely clean, orderly and welcoming. And in a perfect place. Park like area - but it’s literally at the Navy Yard Park on the water. Great value for the location and the place itself. Very relaxing. But outside your door is the beautiful town of Amherstburg. Go!!
