Conclusion in advance: The mountain hut near Zell am See is an absolute gem of AirBnB. Location: The cabin is secluded and private on a pasture-covered mountain with private driveway. It is always quiet without hikers or the like passing the cabin. You really have your peace and quiet here! Accommodation: Everything you need is there! Super clean and modern! A big plus is the sauna, which is heated with firewood. If you want, you can use the wooden grill for cooking, which gives the whole thing an even more intense cabin flair. Arrival and departure: If you want to live on a mountain hut, you have to be aware that the cabin is forcibly located on a mountain. The path to the cabin is gravel and is a small challenge on the first ascent and descent. But the second time we had no more problems. A PS stronger/ higher car is certainly an advantage.

If we could give 10 stars, the estate would have deserved it too. The apartment was perfectly equipped for us as a family of three with a small child. All the offers at the farm made both child and our parents happy - it never got boring. You can arrive very comfortably by train, right next door you can rent bicycles (you should bring helmets from home) and you can also get around easily by bus. There are many great hiking trails in the area and we were very impressed with the infrastructure for children, even at every smallest cabin. Especially great about the accommodation was the hospitality and helpfulness of the family, from children to grandparents. We felt very comfortable.

Saying this place is amazing would be an understatement. My husband and I decided to come to Hallstatt for our honeymoon based off of one picture we saw online. We did the same in choosing this Airbnb. WOW this place is a GEM!!! Far exceeded our expectations. Lisa and Gabriele are incredible hosts, and their place was picturesque. They offered us bikes which we took all across both Obertraun and Hallstatt easily. At night, we got to sit on our private balcony and watch the stars. Couldn’t have been a better more magical time.

Great place with comfortable bedding. Its location is ideal for exploring the area and relaxing ( hiking...). We were very well hosted with all the information and guidelines useful for our stay. I would recommend Shirley's place to those around me for its impeccable value.

we had a wonderful stay in Manuela's place. the apartment itself is very beautiful, causy and "home-like", with alots of stuff suitable for young kids - a choice of games outsude, bed=fences etc. outside - a playground, a choice of vehices for kids, and lots of anumals that the guests can help feed. and the surrounding - green and beutiful, like looking at the postcard. in short, highly recommended, especially with kids

We stayed at Jens & Iris's home for a week with all family, the communication was very good, we met Annemarie who showed us around and was very nice and friendly. The house it self was amazing, it really feels like your own home, it has everything that you might need and decorated very well. The surrroundings and the view to the lake was beutiful, the are is very quite. We had a wonderful family time and would suggest this place to anyone who would like to find some quality time in this cozy home.

We highly recommend the place. The apartment is high-quality, tastefully furnished. A special highlight are the windows and the large balcony with beautiful views of Lake Attersee. We also enjoyed the location very much. From the farm you can make various hikes.

We had a prefect 1 week stay at Landhausvilla! Everything was as described and shown in the pictures. The villa was nice and cozy for our family holiday. Angela was very responsive and made sure everything was well communicated prior to our arrival. Joy who is the caretaker of the villa lives downstairs was very welcoming and nice to talk to. We were welcomed with a tour of the villa on arrival along with a delicious meal and they were accommodating with our dietary restrictions as well. Each room has its own balcony and the views are amazing. We got to experience the first snowfall and the area transformed from lush green to snowy white with beautiful views of the lake. We visited Salzburg, Hallstatt and other small towns. Everything was within a one hour distance from the villa. The highlight of the trip was the lake Wolfgangsee Advent Christmas markets(November - December). Three small towns which are only 15-30 mins drive are transformed into a Christmas wonderland

The cabin is in a beautiful location and offers a spacious terrace perfect for enjoying the surrounding nature to the fullest. The landlords are very friendly and helpful. The decor is perfect, so even larger groups can easily be accommodated.

Lisa’ place is a bit of heaven on earth. It is in such a lovely, idyllic setting. The apartment was big, bright, clean and comfortable. The nearby town of Unterach is beautiful and the mountains surrounding Attersee are incredible. We enjoyed staying on the farm and our kids loved all of the animals. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to return one day.

The place itself is made with a lot of love to detail and it was a warm welcome. The view form the apartment is amazing because the cabin surrounded by the mountains. The house is situated in an idyllic place with unbeatable views and a garden where you can enjoy the outdoors and a good meal. The beds are spacious and comfortable and the house is very warm. It has easy access to motorways and main roads.

The alpine hut has a beautiful cozy style. Super cozy. We were completely satisfied and would love to come again. Katharina is a super accommodating and extremely friendly person. Has also been able to tell us a lot of historical things about the hut. Thank you very much for a pleasant weekend :-)
