Our third time staying at this location and we were thrilled with the beautiful updates/renovations both on the roof deck and common corridor carpet.

Everything about Bret’s place and our stay was perfect. The location was great super quiet and easy to walk everywhere. The unit itself was very well appointed had everything we needed and was very clean and stylishly updated and furnished. The outdoor spaces were lovely with the upper and lower deck and patio areas available. Sadly, it was a little too chilly to enjoy the outdoor patios. All of Bret’s communications were proactive clear and complete. Check in check out was super easy. We really appreciated the offstreet parking. I highly recommend Bret place and would happily stay here again!

My family & I have been vacationing at Larry’s Historic Arcade for the past 7+ years. It is in the most perfect spot located right on Circuit Ave in the heart of Oak Bluffs. There are many stores and restaurants located on this road and it’s super convenient to have a market right across the street for any last minute essentials. We always rent the third floor apartment. It is very spacious and has a full size bed, a loft with 2 twin size beds and a pull out couch. It also has 2 decks. One over looking circuit ave and one on the other side with a grill. The house has WiFi, 2 mini splits (for ac or heat) a tv and a full kitchen. I highly recommend booking Larry’s Historic Arcade. It has everything you need and more. Thank you Larry for providing the perfect vacation spot for me and my family. We are already looking forward to next year!

Juan and Alby were gracious hosts. Our previous rental was cancelled and they were very cooperative in getting our reservation solidified with our 3 day window for our family. I have stayed in quite a few Airbnbs over the past 15 years, but this location was super clean, organized and within reach of all the Newport. Thanks again Juan and Alby, if we could go over 5 stars, we would. Thanks again!

I've been going to Ptown 2-3 X a year for over 30 years to visit with friends who live there year round. The original hotels where I used to stay are now condos. With the arrival of AirBnB, Booking and so on, prices are not what they were, but on the flip side, the range of accommodations and amenities is much better nowadays. With that preamble out of the way, I have to say that Jason's apartment is beautiful, modern, well equipped and furnished. Because the ferry is not available in winter, I drove and needed a place to park. In addition, due to the cold weather I was glad to have the luxury of a gas fireplace. There is a park behind the property and it is on a quiet street. There is a Gulf gas station a few minutes walk away that sells basic necessities. Also, I was able to walk into town very easily. The showers get plenty of hot water. I cooked breakfast (cheese omelette) and one dinner (soup) and found the kitchen had everything I needed. Excellent experience.

We came into town for one night to see a show at the Narrows. None of us have ever been to Fall River we were so pleasantly surprised the house was adorable perfect location and the host was great. It was a 10 out of 10!!

Roomy, clean, and comfortable space. Kitchen has top notch, new-looking appliances and was extremely well stocked with all kinds of spices and condiments. Fully fenced yard is a very convenient feature for dog owners looking for an ideal environment for their pets. Christine and Al were very gracious guests, communicative and accommodating. Highly recommended

Just wrapped up a great 4-night stay at Stephen’s place. Location was ideal (quietly set back from Bradford St) but easily walkable into town in 5 mins. Really an ideal location. The unit was super clean and served as a perfect home base for a busy, social weekend in Ptown. Also, definitely worth noting that Stephen was VERY responsive and accommodating. Much appreciated!

Leslie’s place is wonderful, amazing view of the harbor, clean, and wonderfully cozy.
