Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Halifax Harbour

We loved our weekend on Falls lake at the cottage. It had almost everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean. Lots of room for all of us (7) to be together. The only things that were lacking were bedside lamps for us avid readers, paper towels, a roasting pan and we had a bit of trouble with the hot tub. They were very responsive and we would definitely stay aging if we found ourselves in Windsor again. Definitely would give this cottage a 4.5/5!!!

We were celebrating a 50th birthday with a spa day nearby. The 4 bedrooms was a dream! The house had all we needed and then some. The host was amazing from beginning to end. Responsive. Proactive. Friendly. We spent 2 stormy nights and we're cozy the whole time. Thanks for the great weekend.

Always a terrific weekend. Our group has stayed here twice a year for a few years now and we keep coming back. Clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Everything we need is there. Love the place!

Lots of supplies and room for six people we had meetings mugs there lots of space and technology to use big screen tv for meeting presentations

I can't begin to explain the scerene beauty that this place Tania's place offers. Stunningly beautiful views and a sunrise that leaves you breathless. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful, and their amazing dogs made the whole place feel like home. We will definitely be back. If I could ever recommend somewhere to be near Halifax but out of this city this hidden gem is an absolute must!!!

Kelly and Doris are incredibly friendly and quick to respond. Our stay was a last minute booking. Both kelly and Doris helped us feel right at home. The property is an Oasis. It has everything your family will need. The pictures do not do it justice. The quiet peacefulness you feel well sitting by the lake is everything you want and need. We will be coming back!

We were 12 multi generational family members, ranging in age from 9 months to 76 years…the place was perfect for all of us…lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and spaces to have fun or be quiet. The washer and dryer in the place was a big plus.

Lovely space! The photos are one thing, but the space is even more breathtaking in person. We stated during heavy wind gusts and barely noticed any sounds. Overall great experience with beautiful views to wake up to!

An ideal spot for touring Dartmouth and the surrounding environs! The flat was clean, spacious and well appointed. Would definitely look to staying another time! Thanks Riley!

This was the most amazing place. We spent a week here and Everything you needed or wanted was right in this place. The surroundings were peaceful, very inviting. Gillian checked in with us halfway through our stay to see if we needed anything. The beds were very comfy. The firepit is beautiful there was a fully stacked wood pile to use for the fire. There were lots of chairs all around to sit outside or out by the the dock. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you Gillian and Scott for your hospitality.

We had a great stay at Marvin’s place. Communication was excellent. The place was clean and roomy. Everything we needed. The hot tub was an added bonus after a long day of shopping. I will definitely be booking here again.😊

Lovely little inn in Grand Pre. Easy to find, easy check in. Room had nice up to date furnishings. The restaurant Longfellow was excellent. Food and service outstanding. 1 minute away is lovely winery where we did tasting and following day we rode bike trail to Wolfville for lunch. Loved the area and our accommodations

We absolutely loved T’s Airbnb and would stay there again in a heartbeat. We actually lived there for three months while we were waiting for our house to be renovated and it was truly a home away from home. All the appliances, linens, dishes, etc. were high-quality and like new condition. We especially loved the Napoleon fireplace and the amazing hot tub. T was proactive, asking us every couple of weeks if we needed any supplies. Really close to cute coffee shops and restaurants. Beautiful street. The pictures don’t do it justice and T was one of our fav hosts ever. Thanks T!

Excellent host and very hospitable. The accommodation was very clean. Location is great because it is very close to Dalhousie.

To say we were satisfied is an understatement. We most definitely will be booking again to utilize in the summer season. We rented this time to be closer to the venue holding my sons wedding, and having such a wonderful home and hosts made is so much easier on us ❤️

Lovely place only small thing i could comment on is the fire wood which wouldnt burn. As an avid camper i brought my own kindling but couldnt make a fire with what was there. The picture shows a stack of wood under the deck which wasnt there . Not an issue really as it was very hot anyway.

Great place to relax Helpful tips with local amenities just around the corner. Driveway cleared when snowed and help just around the corner if needed. All around good spot, just like the pics, nothing false there. Host easy to contact and quick response time for questions. . All good

This place was beautiful. If you’re looking for a peaceful get away this is definitely the spot. It was very clean and we loved how festive it was. Lots of sleeping space and so much to do !

LOVED the Fish Store so much! Great views of the water, great hospitality, great fires with sounds of the ocean, cozy atmosphere. Great paradise away from home! Laura and Jeff were very welcoming and hospitable!

Really quality cottage just outside of town, had a nice moment star gazing at the outdoor fire pit in the evening. 5 min drive to main tourist street! As a family of 4 we stayed comfortably.
