A family friend highly suggested that we stay here because they have 24/7 security and its in a safe area away from the chaos. I was pleasantly even more satisfied with the accommodations and amenities. The bedding was very comfortable. All appliances are up to date, A.C runs freezing cold, and the glass staircase makes such an elegant touch. Very pleased with the staff and how functional the space was for me and my family. They also have smart T.Vs with internet so very easy to work or play what ever the occasion. Will definitely stay here again.

Another great stay at La Coupole. Can't say enough about Clement. Always smiling, available to help and just plain helpful. Youdline delivers perfect home cooking and does laundry and cleaning too! The two of them made my stay that much more pleasant. They are very trustworthy. All and all, I like the place! So convenient and accessible. Safe and gated with Security staff, I jog around Place Boyer every morning and the grocery store is just across the street. Highly recommend!

I have stayed in many nice Air BnBs and apartments, but this place felt like our home! We did not want to leave and will 100% be booking here again. We were three adult Americans who visited December 2018 for a work trip. At the end of a long work day we were super excited to come home, make dinner, and enjoy our evenings at the apartment and around Petion-Ville. Like the other reviewers mentioned, the apartment is nicer than the photos show. The bedrooms are spacious, the bathrooms are large, the tall ceilings make the space breathe well and the view from the 3rd floor balcony is stunning! We saved a TON of money staying here. We were 3 adults (2 big guys, and 1 woman) on a business trip and wanted to all stay together and have the ability to cook some meals. The large kitchen had a full-size refrigerator and gas stove, came with pots and pans, rum glasses, and anything else you may need to cook. I looked at all of the hotels and apartment options for 3 adults and no other place could accomodate us so perfectly like this apartment. The place is really a steal for 3 people. The owner, Miss Carine had her staff put an extra queen-size bed one of the very large bedrooms, so that we had one king bed in one room, and a king and queen in another room. Even with two large beds in one room there was still a ton of space. Each bedroom has it's own large bathroom. My king size bed was even memory foam! There are three grocery stores within walking distance to this apartment so we were able to get fresh food and produce to cook a few meals and save some cash. The neighborhood felt very safe, and I felt very comfortable as a single female to walk around town just using the standard precautions that I would also use in the U.S. Just around the corner there were also electronics stores and hardware stores. We were able to find an obscure laptop charger and other supplies right in our neighborhood. Like I said, all of these stores and other nice restaurants and clubs are within walking distance so we did not have to use taxis and motos (more savings). The internet at this apartment is STRONG, and we always had electricity. The security and staff at this apartment are incredibly nice and helpful. We felt VERY secure, and it was wonderful to come home to a freshly cleaned apartment everyday. There was a washer and dryer on our floor so we could do all of our own laundry which was a dream! Usually laundry is always expensive and complicated abroad, so we saved even more money and time getting to do it ourselves. We met the homeowners and the are lovely, hardworking Haitians who went out of our way to make us feel comfortable and informed. If you are here for business or just for travel, this apartment will feel like home! Counting down the days until we return... Mesi!! (Thank you!)

Villa Eden Roc in Paradise Bay

G and the staff were extremely helpful. Was surprised to hear G built the Villa and enjoyed how well it was laid out especially as it is built in the side of a mountain. That being said it is a mini-hike up the stairs from the boat to the main eating and living space but totally worth it each time. The rooms are all spectacular and come with there own bathrooms. The beach area is spectacular, see through waters and you can swim to other coves. Make sure to burn incense at to keep the mosquitoes at bay. When it is night time bugs will be attracted to the light. I recommend turn out the lights get under the netting and close your eyes as there is nothing to see. The mornings are stunning and riding the boat to islands near by was particularly fun. Make time to go to the Citadel! Such a great trip and learned so much about the rich history of Haiti. Be sure to confirm the food and alcohol arrangements ahead of time with G. 10/10 will be staying hear again the next time I am in Haiti

This was the perfect place to stay. We were a group of researchers who required a quiet setting and a place for each of us to work. This house surpassed our expectations. Sparkling clean with all amenities and high end utensils, comfortable beds and hot shower - idyllic. The design of the house allows plenty of natural light in and the surroundings are filled with tropical fauna. Of particular delight, are the comfortable beds and sofa. On occasion, if it rains, the large flat screen TV with cable is a great source of entertainment. The WiFi works very well here and power was consistent! The weather is cool up in Pélérin and great for relaxing in; temperature is perfect. Our hosts gave us excellent guidance about the area and also came to our assistance on a number of occasions, like when our car broke down! Jehanne and her mother are honestly the kindest family we have stayed with and we hope to return to this place when we are next in Port-au-Prince.

Listen, when I say that hospitality was the best at this place, best believe it is true at the highest level. I spent more than a week at Ansy’s place and everything was great. This is my third visit at Ansy’s place and every time the service is always amazing. Ansy even took us to the airport when we ran out of time for our flight. There’s no word to describe how I feel about this place. If you want a safe, quiet, clean place to stay when traveling to Haiti, this is the best place.
