My family and I stayed at Nina and Bobby’s fabulous apartment over February half-term. Everything was just perfect and we highly recommend staying here. Communication prior to our arrival with Nina was excellent. She and her husband own the Smart Ski Academy shop below and arranged our ski hire and lessons too. We opted for a DIY trip which was a gamble but it was seamless and felt like a package thanks to Nina and all the team. The apartment is spacious yet very cosy. It is perfectly located - 5 mins walk from the gondola and literally across the road from where you can leave the ski road and also where the sledging hills are. There are sledges to use too! There is a large balcony at the front which we would have drinks on after returning from the slopes whilst the children chilled in the living room watching Netflix. Bliss. Although it is central, it is not close to the nightlife so it is quiet in the evenings and we had really peaceful and comfortable nights sleep. Thank you.

We had a great time staying at Maya and Kalin’s villa. The place was clean, stylishly decorated, with all essentials at our disposal. Being super responsive and caring, they’ve made our stay an unforgettable experience. Definitely recommend the place if you are planning a trip to Banya.

Fantastic host, friendly and helpful with shopping locations for everything including a winter coat. Was exactly as shown in photos, would have stayed longer if schedule permitted. There is a small mini market close by that sells homemade sourdough bread and cookies. The Snug coffee shop on the corner is a perfect place to meet new friends.

Stoyan's place is adorable. The house is in an incredible place in Bansko, a drive of 5 minutes from town, but is on top of the hill with a great view to the mountains and the city. We had a few walks around, and we were speechless. Stoyan is very cooperative, gives tips and ideas for touring around the area. We fell in love with the place ❤️ Thank you!

We had a lovely experience whilst visiting Bansko for a ski trip. Responsive and helpful hostess that was quick to help us sort out private transfer from airport when we didn't know which option to go for. Fantastic experience all the way with such a bright and stylish accommodation that really had everything we needed and felt very homely instantly. Definitely will be back for my next ski holidays and will recommend this place for all my travelling friends!

Such a great place to stay during our skiing trip in Bansko. It's only about a 5min walk to the Gondola but tucked away so never disturbed by the buzzing main area - perfect for a good night's sleep. Christian was incredibly quick and helpful with his responses from the time we booked and helped point us in the right direction to book transfers from/to the airport, where to hire ski equipment, local food recommendations, etc. We knew that if anything went wrong, he'd be on hand to help but nothing did go wrong :). The apartment itself is brilliant; a good amount of space to relax, well equipped and very comfortable. Christian was very flexible and met us in person for both check in and check out; just so welcoming!

This was our second visit to Bansko, but the first time we stayed in Ivan's apartment. Easy self check in, sparkling clean apartment with everything you need for short and even long stay for a couple. Free washer on the compartment which is convenient. Unbeatable location - less then 5 minutes walk to ski lift. Communication with Ivan was easy and fast. We had a very pleasant vacation, thank you very much, Ivan and your wife!

I am incredibly thankful to Frosina for all of her help with our holiday. We went as a group of 11 friends, who had never been to Bansko or Bulgaria before. Frosina assisted us with recommendations, transfers and everything inbetween. The home was clean and well looked after. I will 100% recommend to anyone.
