Apartment vacation rentals in Habersham County

Kathryn called beforehand to make sure my arrival was prepared for. The entire place was so clean and stocked with the essentials! We spent the day in Helen and came back to a nice warm suite. The hot water got so hot (thankfully, it was freezing outside). There was a Roku tv that we used to sign into our accounts and just hung out at night watching tv. Kathryn provided firewood and we were able to have a nice bonfire in the cold temps. 10/10 stay, we hope to return one day!

Great location and convenient to area restaurants, events, etc. This was our second visit and we look forward to staying here the next time we're in town. The space is clean, quiet and fun to explore.

Stayed here to visit daughter who attends college at Piedmont. I could’ve stayed here for a whole month. I loved everything about it!!! Demorest is very quaint and peaceful and I loved being so close to campus. The unit has every amenity you would need from hair dryer, iron and iron board to washer and dryer. when I requested to extend my stay and the Airbnb app was giving me some issues, the host was super quick to respond and help me work it all out and gave me a ton of grace. I hope we can return and stay at this specific location many more times. Highly recommended!!!!!!

Stayed at Judy's country restaurant, it was great! she was very responsive and friendly, super accommodating with check in. Her and her husband told us all about the local waterfalls, 10/10 would definitely recommend if looking for a nice quiet place in the mountains!

My husband stays at Carmen's place when he comes for business and now I got to see firsthand why he loves to come back. Her home was beautifully decorated, yet very comfortable and homey. She thought of everything for her guests, from breakfast casseroles, baked goodies, to fresh eggs! I have been to many Airbnb's, but she was by far the most considerate and responsive host ever. I also loved the location is this small, University town. The campus was lovely to take daily walks, and we ate at the two amazing restaurants within a stones throw of the home - Sweet Breads and Holden Oversoul. I hope to return to Tomlin House and highly recommend it!

We enjoyed this place so much. It was such a peaceful and beautiful place to stay. I highly recommend it to anyone ready to have a relaxing getaway to stay here. We felt right at home with so much hospitality and kindness. The river and waterfalls were absolutely beautiful.

Oksana’s place was well located and very clean. She was also extremely responsive and helpful, especially since our request was last minute. Though minimal, the rental had the necessities. I was very comfortable because the unit was very clean.

That was our third time staying at the Haven and it was just as perfect! My daughter and I love the small touches like the makeup removers in the bathroom, great idea for travelers. We are looking forward to staying again soon!

Christine’s place was very comfortably furnished for a large family. The home was thoughtfully decorated and functional. Even though the kitchenette has no sink, it had many gadgets. The bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Overall it was a great night.

location is amazing. the home was extremely clean. it had all the amenities. everything was perfect. we can't wait to come back !

Beautiful town with lots of neat shops to explore. Amenities could use some updating but everything was clean and orderly.

We loved the place with my couple. The house was great, great location, great amenities and clean. Beautiful view and really calm. This is what we were looking for and it fulfilled all our expectations. Lots of things, places and towns to explore around. Tanya was amazing and make us have a better experience. She makes you feel welcomed.
