Fantastic apartment in a good part of Accra. Found hosts to be responsive and so helpful- from check in to helping me plan a trip down to the Cape Coast. Nothing was too much hassle and they responded quickly. Would stay again if I could!

Clean and a very good location!

My stay in the month of June 2024, was excellent! The apartment was in good shape, and Edward responded swiftly to fittings when there was the need. Bright, the manager was great, and his presence had been reassuring. Thanks for going the extra mile.

It was a stunning & spacious apartment with a beautiful view and close to nice restaurants & lounges in East Legon & Airport residential area. Loved every minute I spent with my family over there n will definitely use the facilities again

The host had great great communication. Any issues or concerns were able to be addressed and rectified with ease. any additional support needed the host was also able to assist. The BNB looks exactly as photographed. All instructions were precise & easy to follow. Check in check out process also was super easy. Thank you for having myself and family.

We turned a one night stay into a much longer one simply because Eric is an awesome host and the place is great. Peaceful, quiet, clean, tidy. Looking forward to staying here again when I’m back in town.

Got some crafting help from my Wordsmith Sister: My family and I had a wonderful stay! Calvin was incredibly responsive and accommodating, allowing us early check-in and late check-out, which made a big difference to our trip. The property manager, William, was very welcoming and helpful—he even went out to get us more water when we ran out! The location wasn’t very close to our destinations, but we didn’t mind. Ordering a Bolt or Uber was easy, and most places were within 20–30 minutes. And we got to see more of the city this way! The WiFi had some intermittent issues, but cellular data worked fine in a pinch. The house was clean, beautiful, modern, and true to the pictures. Each room had its own A/C, and the bathroom was nicer than many hotels. Honestly, the whole place felt like a Nollywood movie set! Loved every minute of it. Overall, the peaceful location, beautiful house, and accommodating hosts made this stay fantastic. Highly recommend, and I would definitely return!

Overall I loved the place. I felt safe. The grounds were well kept. The guard staff was very helpful and friendly. The neighborhood was amazing. Peaceful. I loved the landscape For sure the decor matched what we saw in the photos🤓 Host very responsive!!!!

Very spacious home and clean home with a full time onsite assistant. It’s a 5 star quality and we would rent and and highly recommend.

2nd time visiting with my family, and it was even better than the 1st time, a year ago. Noticeable improvements from my last visit included new furniture; indicative of a progressive host who goes the extra mile. One night we noticed the water pressure had dropped, we phoned the caretaker who got someone out to investigate that same night; they found the water pump was at fault and so turned it off. We still had water flowing out of the taps, we just were not getting "hotel style" pressure. Workmen were out early the next morning and by 9am all was back to normal! That in my opinion is excellent service. My new finds included the Celebrity Golf Club, only 5 mins from the house, that's if you're into golf; I only went there for their kebabs and extra chilled Club beer.. just head for the Clubhouse! There's also Bling Gym, 35 mins walk from the house.. the walk takes care of your cardio and you can always Uber it back. Bennard's is an excellent find.. I will not hesitate to go back.

Eric and his staff was very prompt and accommodating. Clinton is a excellent house manager and very kind and respectful. The security is the best we’ve had with exhibiting exceptional gate service no matter what time coming or going. Any issue that was brought to Eric’s attention he handle with professionalism and ease. My family and I were grateful to have stayed in Eric’s home after leaving a way less comfortable town and home and look forward to booking again for family once they arrive in the country. We now stay not too far from his property, book your stay with confidence and enjoy a large home experience within the village.

This is the place where you want to experience Ghana!! Let me say this. During the first part of my trip I stayed at an expensive “luxury” apartment and was not comfortable nor impressed. When we arrived at Desmond’s Airbnb, we immediately felt at home. The space was clean, well stocked, and very welcoming! Desmond is extremely responsive, picked us up and dropped us off, brought us breakfast, and even gave me a tour of the Independence Arch with great knowledge. After each day of exploring, our Airbnb was a special haven to come back to and unwind. Lastly, Desmond and his family are truly special. I wouldn’t hesitate booking again and 100% recommend!

Highly recommend. I stayed at Kobina’s apartment for several months and felt right at home. The accommodation is very well maintained, spacious and extremely comfortable. Kobina and his team are great hosts. There is security and good amenities in the area. Will certainly return.
