This little heaven is located at the heart of Lima’s boho neighborhood. Barranco is located close to the ocean, next to Miraflores neighborhood, walking distance to anywhere, great restaurants, art is everywhere you walk and nice coffee spots to enjoy.

This is a spacious apartment, full kitchen, laundry room, full bathroom and the two bedrooms who connect with a open sky patio where the dining room is located, I want to emphasize this feature as I had (1) guest who found this feature uncomfortable; this is a unique feature of places in Barranco. Besides that you can enjoy a cozy living room and dining space; all selected to make you feel at home and welcome.

Noise on the weekends is expected, since it is a very popular area, where many people, locals and tourists enjoy Barranco nightlife. Noise reduction doors and windows had been installed in the bedrooms so you will sleep with comfort.

Lima is a city that has microclimates, I have to say in the mornings you will experience high levels of humidity and fog along the ocean and you will feel it because of the open roof patio. If you have a health condition where you can't deal with a high level of humidity I recommend you look for another place far from the ocean.

Barranco, Provincia de Lima, Peru

Barranco is a little gem in the city of Lima. Home to many artists and poets who got their inspiration from living in this unique neighborhood. Close to the beach, less than 10 min walk will give you the experience of hearing the Pacific Ocean waves. Barranco's architecture still preserved many of the early 1900's houses and 1970's "Quintas" which is where this little heaven is located. Everything is at walking distance, from the supermarket, to a regular "mercado", farmer's markets on the weekends, to bars and some of the most amazing restaurants, even #1 world's best Central is like two blocks from where you will stay.
