Our homes are located in the heart of the desert, where the unique enviornment means occasional encounters with pests, despite our best efforts. We spray monthly for pest control to maintain a comfortable space for our guests.
During the summer months sugar ants are more common, and they can appear if food is left out, even with regular pest control. In the winter, cockroaches may be seen more frequently. While we take extensive measures to keep them out, the desert environment can sometimes make it unavoidable.
Please note that refunds will not be granted for pest sightings. However, if you let us know, our pest control team can come out during your stay to spray again. We truly do our best to maintain a clean and pest free home and appreciate your understanding of these natural desert challenges.
Resort Construction Disclaimer:
Our community is still growing! Construction is ongoing throughout the resort. Work is typically limited to weekday daytime hours, with occasional work on weekends. The construction crews are mindful of our guests, and we strive to maintain a peaceful atmosphere at all times.
Refunds will not be issued for any noise or disruptions related to construction.

Check-In:
Time: Check-in begins at 4 PM.
Process: We offer a seamless self check-in experience, allowing you to arrive at your convenience anytime after 4 PM.

Check-Out:
Time: Check-out is at 11 AM.
Process: We aim to make your departure as effortless as your arrival. On the day of check-out, kindly ensure that all your belongings are packed and that you vacate the premises by 11 AM. Before you leave, please:
Return any keys, fobs, or access cards to their original location.
Ensure that the doors and windows are securely locked.
Dispose of any trash in the designated bins.
If you require a late check-out, please inform us in advance. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, it is subject to availability.
Quiet Hours: We take pride in providing a peaceful and comfortable environment for all our guests and neighbors. To maintain this, we ask that you observe our quiet hours:
Time: Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM.
Guidelines: During these hours, please be mindful of noise levels within the property, especially in common areas like hallways, balconies, and outdoor spaces. Lower the volume on electronics, avoid loud conversations, and refrain from any activities that could disturb others. This ensures that everyone can enjoy a restful night and a pleasant stay.

We provide a starter supply of essentials such as paper goods, soaps, and basic necessities to get you through your first couple of days. Should you need more during your stay, you’ll simply need to purchase them locally.
