Holiday house with 3 rooms and the big covered terrace located in the quite part of Petrčane village, 12 km North of Zadar
The space
Holiday house with 2 bedrooms and 1 living room available for rent throughout summer. The house is located within the friendly neighborhood, in the area where the old pine wood trees grow at the peninsula of Punta Radman.
A wide range of attractions and leisure time facilities are within easy reach, while the village center is only 5 minutes walk. The beach is even closer, a minute walk to the sand bay, or in opposite direction, to our private rocks at the Zadar Channel.
We care about guests, assist with organization of excursion to the National Parks, fishing trips and we provide an intro into local cuisine.
The holiday house is placed on a small fenced property. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The facilities are at your disposal for exclusive use. The highlight of the house is an outdoor covered terrace with sitting corner and dinning table.
The accommodation offers all the comforts of home and has been decorated and furnished to a high standard with modern furniture and facilities. All facilities are on the ground floor, so the house is suitable for persons with walking disabilities.
Your holiday house consists of 3 rooms (out of which one could be converted either into sleeping or into living room) with double beds (2 rooms) or 2 single beds (one room) and LCD TVs in each room. All 3 rooms are having its own air condition unit that could be used independently, while the windows are protected with easy removable mosquito net. Two bathrooms are at your disposal, each with shower, toilet and basin. The kitchen is fully equipped, contains induction cooker (4 positions or 2 flexy zones), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator with deep freezing compartment, electric water cooker, toaster (vertical and horizontal), table blender (1,5l), different mixers, microwave and filter coffee machine, as well as many other small kitchen appliances hidden in the drawers or provided upon request. You will also find sets of cutlery, plates, glasses, mugs and different pots and pans (wok included). BBQ is outside, on the side terrace.
All tourist taxes, WiFi internet (unlimited access), parking, electricity and other housing state expenses are included in the price and all linen and towels are supplied.
There is a parking place in the front yard. A private side terrace with BBQ and rear garden at your disposal. A maximum of 6 persons can be comfortably accommodated in July and August, while in other months we offer accommodation for 4 - 5 persons.
Guest access
Entire house with surrounding yard is at disposal of the guest, no one else has access to the ZHouse.
Other things to note
Due to popular demand, ZHouse Inn is usually fully booked throughout July and August. I apologise to all of you who will not be staying at our house during these summer months. Still, plenty of available dates in May, June and September are at your disposal.
Please note that the entire house is non-smoking zone (indoor area).
Smoking, vaping and e‑cigarettes are allowed only on the outdoor areas.

Petrcane is 900 years old small farmers' village, 12km northwest of Zadar. Petrcane lies on the local road, branching off from the regional road Zadar - Nin. It has usual Mediterranean mix of lively cafes, restaurants and beach bars.
Locally grown vineyard above the village offers the unforgettable view to the village, with selection of outstanding white wine (pošip) or excellent red wines (well known plavac and since recently re-discovered crljenak, also known as tribidrag - the father of zinfandel).
The village has beautiful 4 km long coast line along the bay, ideal for long walks, Nordic walking or running. Also, a stand-up paddleboard (SUP) is at your disposal in the house, for paddling trips along the coastline.

I am traveler, an ex-Red Cross worker who got stuck in between coast and Zagreb.
ZHouse is a result of our efforts to preserve our family's tradition. My mother was renting rooms in the same facility throughout 70's and 80's. With time passing, the standards and demands changed, and this is how ZHouse emerged.
I love spending weekends on the coast or anywhere else than in the home-town, visiting mountain peeks, running some charity races, exploring new venues or simple meeting new people.
Should you feel like discovering a small village in Dalmatia, meeting traditional people fluently speaking English, come and visit Petrčane.
