Luxurious beach-front villa with newly constructed two-story guest house, located right on the beach, between San Juan and Bacnotan, La Union minutes from the famous surfing areas of San Juan, restaurants, and nightlife. The villa is in a quiet location, ideal for family getaways, or those seeking a relaxing, premium holiday.
The space
The villa features a main house and a guest house, both exclusively reserved for one group of guests at a time. The entire property is private and not shared with other renters.
Accommodating up to 16 guests, the villa offers four extra-large, fully air-conditioned bedrooms for maximum comfort. The property is secure and fully fenced, with CCTV cameras monitoring outdoor and common areas for added peace of mind.
Guests can enjoy multiple large-screen TVs and stay connected with high-speed STARLINK satellite internet and Converge fiber internet throughout the property.
~~ MAIN HOUSE ( Sunset House) ~~
• BEDROOM 1 is oversized and sleeps 2 persons and is equipped with a California king bed, 65 inch TV, full ensuite bathroom with bathtub, and large walk-in closet for ample storage. The room has an oversized executive office desk with a window overlooking the beach.
• BEDROOM 2 sleeps 2 persons.A queen bed , your own bathroom, 55 inch TV, desk, and opens directly to the beachfront patio.
• Open concept LIVING/DINING area features a 65-inch SMART TV, an eight-seater large marble dining table, a space-saving six-seater table, a mini breakfast bar, and a dedicated coffee and tea station.
• KITCHEN is well appointed and is fully equipped with comprehensive kitchenware. A side by side refrigerator , ice maker and microwave. A powder room is also located in the kitchen area.
• Large resort-type beachfront patio complete with outdoor furniture,BBQ gas grill, and the perfect setting for al fresco dining and sunset gatherings with families and friends.

BEDROOM 3 located on the second floor sleeps 8 persons, two full size sturdy,custom made solid wood bunk beds,fully air conditioned with sunrise,pool and garden views.
BEDROOM 4 located on the second floor,sleeps 4 persons, one full size sturdy,custom made solid wood bunk bed,fully air conditioned with sunrise,pool and garden views
LOUNGING AREA located on ground level, opens directly to the pool area with full bathroom, seating area,65 inch Tv and ceiling fans all throughout.

Guest access
You will have full access to the entire property during your stay, except for a few locked cabinets used for personal storage.
Other things to note
• Please carefully review the house rules before making a reservation. House rules are listed towards the bottom of the page. By booking our rental property you are agreeing to the terms outlined in the house rules.
• Guests over the count of 16 are allowed with prior authorization and a fee of 1,200 PHP per person per night ( up to 3 extra guests) children over 2 years old are included in the total guest count.
• The villa features a guest house that faces the pool, which includes Bedrooms 3 and 4 on the second floor. The bathroom and living room are located on the first floor. * Please note that there is no bathroom on the second floor of the guest house. For guests with mobility concerns, it is advisable to accommodate them in the main house, where the bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms.
• As part of our check-in process, our property staff Maurice will request that the group signs in on our guest logbook. Additionally, please have the primary booker present a form of identification.
• We have property staff on site readily available if you need assistance during your stay.
• While linens and towels are provided, daily housekeeping service is not included. However, it is available for additional fee. Please inquire about this service if you are interested.
• Turtle Nesting Ground
Our beach serves as a nesting ground for sea turtles (Pawikan). To help protect these endangered species, the use of motorized vehicles along the beach is strictly prohibited.
This regulation is in compliance with our Municipal Government’s “Pawikan Ordinance” under Republic Act 9147 – The Wildlife Conservation and Protection Act.

-DIRTY KITCHEN: monitors main house door and kitchen door.
-POOL PUMP HOUSE: monitors back garden,pool pump house and pool.
