Spanning 35 acres, this family-owned ranch offers a serene and tranquil retreat for guests to disconnect to reconnect during their peaceful getaway, without sacrificing comfort or convenience.

With multiple homes thoughtfully designed for both comfort and connection, ZA Ranch blends rustic charm with luxury finishes, making it an ideal escape for families, couples, groups, or solo travelers.

Each home features high-end appliances, smart TVs, fast WiFi, and a variety of room and bed setups to accommodate every type of guest. Whether you're planning a weekend with friends, a multi-family vacation, a romantic getaway, a solo escape, or simply slowing down –– ZA Ranch offers space, comfort, and connection.

Guests have access to a variety of thoughtfully amenities (some shared), including a full outdoor kitchen and grill area, a cozy fire pit, sports courts, full gym, a jungle gym for the kids, a 6-person jacuzzi, and a private catch-and-release catfish pond.

Guests can explore tranquil walking paths throughout the property or meet the on-site animals with help from our friendly property manager.

Guests have full private access to the beautiful ranch home, including all interior spaces, high-end kitchen appliances, fast WiFi, sonos sound system, and beautifully designed bedrooms and baths.

Outside, you'll also enjoy first-come, first-served access to a wide range of thoughtfully shared amenities across the private 35-acre ranch. These include a full outdoor kitchen and grill in the pavilion, fire pit, sports court, gym, 6-person jacuzzi, jungle gym for the kids and other family friendly fun, a catch-and-release catfish pond, and more!

The property offers ample parking, open space to explore, and total tranquility for families, couples, groups, and/or solo travelers.

Residents can enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, and biking in nearby parks like Bogue Falaya Park or the Tammany Trace Trail. Kids love to do a feeding tour at the Global Wildlife Preserve, home to 4,000 rescue giraffes, gazelle and other animals.

Insta-Gator Ranch & Hatchery - A unique attraction where you can hold and learn about alligators. Located at 74645 Allen Rd, Covington, LA 70435.
