You’ll also enjoy lush tropical gardens, inviting chill-out areas, a co-working space, and 24/7 security for your comfort and peace of mind.

This thoughtfully designed studio is your peaceful retreat after a sun-soaked day! It features a separate sleeping area, a bright living and dining space, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a private balcony - all created for relaxation and a laid-back, slow island vibe.
Inspired by the turquoise shades of our beautiful lagoon, the bedroom is filled with natural light and photographs of island life.
Perfect for couples, small families (up to 3 guests), solo travelers, and digital nomads who want to combine comfort with the spirit of the island.

A short walk takes you to the beach — just around 7–10 minutes from the apartment — where you can enjoy the facilities of nearby beachfront hotels, free of charge. Paje is a true paradise for kitesurfers, windsurfers, and those who love beach life and snorkeling.
The Soul estate is available for guests including:
- Amazing sandy lagoon pool with sunbeds,
- Tastefully decorated restaurant & cafe for breakfast, juices, pool-side drinks, cakes, lunches & dinner!
- Co-working space where you can work remotely, enjoying the peaceful and stylish space surrounded with African vegetation,
