The space
Welcome to The Modern Escape. This suite is located on the main floor of the property with its own private entrance (no access to the basement, there is a separate suite). Please note we have gone to extreme lengths to provide layers of soundproofing (soundproof insulation, soundproofing drywall, wrapped heating vents to prevent sound transfer.
Upon entering the unit you are greeted by the spacious living room, with Tv (cable/Netflix), electric fireplace, couch and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need for all your cooking needs (pots, pans, utensils, toaster, blender, Nespresso, Keurig, stove, oven, fridge and much more).
The home features 2 master bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and the other with a queen. Both bedrooms are equipped with TVs (cable/Netflix), bath robes, and take-home slippers! The bathroom is the place to unwind after a long day of traveling featuring a free-standing bathtub, glass shower, his and her sinks, and laundry facilities.
The suite also has a front porch which is exclusive use for the suite!

Guest access
Guests have full access to their suite. NO ONE else has any access to this private space during their stay. One off-street parking space. The backyard is a common space where all guests are welcome to enjoy including BBQ, fire table, outdoor dining table and lounge area!
