- Guest access: Only registered guests are allowed within the unit and building premises. If you wish to add or invite someone, kindly notify us in advance so they can be registered with security.
- Amenities: The pool and other facilities follow the building’s operating schedule and may occasionally close for maintenance. We’ll keep you updated on any changes.
- Energy conservation: Please switch off the air-conditioning, lights, and appliances when leaving the unit.
- Care for the property: We strive to maintain the unit in excellent condition and ask that you treat it with the same respect as you would your own home.
