Welcome to our modern and stylish condo The MEDIAN Condominium nestled in the heart of Cebu City. Perfect for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and breathtaking views, our space offers everything you need for a memorable stay.
The space
The condominium is situated in a prime city location. It's a corner unit on the 24th floor and has a balcony with a nice view of the city. You get to see a nice panoramic view of Cebu City from our large glass window and from the balcony. Convenience stores, laundry shops, restaurants, spa, coffee shops, pharmacies, and public transport are just closely nearby.
Guest access
You can access the pool in the 3rd floor. There is also a recreation area and a mini library on the same floor. A viewing deck on the 8th and 26th floor which has a nice view of the city. The lobby area in the ground floor is also a relaxing place to stay which has accessible internet connectivity.

The guards and building staffs in the area are very approachable, hospitable, and courteous. You can always count on them for any assistance you may need during your stay.
