Comfy bed for better sleep

Beautiful, cozy bedroom & bath with private entrance and access to large shared backyard with pool (open May-September). You are within walking distance to Colorado's largest healthcare center including Anschutz, UC Health, and Children's Hospital. You are also just 8 minutes by car from the great Lowry Town Center and Stanley Marketplace, 15 minutes to the airport, and 20 minutes to downtown Denver.

The space
The Airbnb is accessible through the backyard. The private entrance makes it very easy to come and go as you please! The bedroom has a kitchenette area with mini fridge & freezer, a hot & cold water cooler, microwave and hot plate. It also has its own attached bathroom just for you with a large, luxury shower.

The bedroom doesn't share a wall with the rest of the house so it is very quiet! The vestibule and bathroom – while private to you – do share a wall with the house so some sound may occasionally come through in this area when the bedroom door is open.

You can park in your own dedicated driveway and the private entrance makes it very easy to come and go as you please!

The entire backyard and pool area is shared during the length of your stay! (Please note, the pool is closed October-April.) During the pool season, May-September, you may also rent the pool for extra guests and exclusive use up to 30 guests – with or without a stay. Send us a message if you would like more information!

Other things to note
As per Colorado law, you must be 18 years or older to book. And absolutely no one under the age of 21 may consume or be under the influence of alcohol anywhere on the premises.
