The space
Please read the full house rules and policies before making a reservation. Sending a payment means that you agree to all my policies.
Check-in time is 11:00am.
Check-out time is strictly 14:00 (unless late check out has been approved, depends on availability)
We will register online all guests at the Condo Admin Office. We will request for 1 Valid ID for EACH guest for proof of identity after booking confirmation.
No smoking inside the condominium unit (most specially within the public places of the condo compound. There is a penalty.)
No drugs, firearms, and/or weapons allowed within the premises.
Drinking of any alcoholic beverages is not allowed.
No parties or events.
No unregistered guests.
No loud noise after 21:00.
Shoes must be placed at the shoe rack near the main door.
No eating or drinking in bed.
Turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house.
Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner.
All trash must be disposed of in the bins inside the unit. If you need to dispose of trash outside, you may bring it at the designated bins near Building F, a short walk from Building H, and should never be left around outside the condo property. New garbage bags will be provided for free.
Keys are to remain in the possession of the primary guest at all times during the stay.
Please let us know in advance if you will be needing the bedroom keys as well.
We have the right to ask guests to leave for those who refuse to follow our house rules, the condo's community rules, unruly, and/or undeclared guests.
Additional person/s will be charged in excess of the declared number but maximum of 8 heads only.
PAY PARKING is available off premises.
One Oasis Condominiums is centrally located along Ortigas Ext. Ave. Please expect HEAVY traffic during rush hours and we request you to plan your day accordingly.

*Open from 8:00AM to 09:00PM daily (Tuesday to Sunday).
Pool is closed for maintenance on Mondays.
Other things to note
VALID ID: A valid identification card (ID) will be requested from the guests. We will register you in advance at the Condo's Property Management Office.
PARKING: Pay parking is available off premises.
Rates: Php50.00 for first 3 hours, Php20.00 per hour for succeeding hours.
As this is not a hotel, we kindly request our guests to treat the property as their own home. We will provide complimentary bottled water and bath towels for 5 people at most, depending on the booking.
Bedroom 2 will be available for guest with booking for 3 people and up. If only 2 people will book, Bedroom 2 will be locked.
