The space
Very bright and quiet, the apartment is on the first floor (second for U.S. standards) of a modern building with elevator and janitor service.
Recently renovated and furnished, it has 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and bidet, a living room with an open kitchen and a sofa-bed. It is perfect for 4 guests but can comfortably host up to 5 people.
The view on an internal courtyard and a little garden grants the maximum peace.
Inside you will find all the stuff for a full-comfort stay: heating and air conditioning in every room, equipped kitchen with microwave and coffee-machine, washing/dryer machine, hairdryer, TV, Internet wireless, steam iron and ironing board, non-allergenic latex mattresses, sheets and linen washed with professional treatment.

Neighborhood highlights

The apartment is located in a small square with the Church of Santa Maria delle Fornaci (1700), a residential area very safe and quiet, but with many services: cafes, restaurants and typical roman “trattorias”, supermarkets, pharmacies, ATM, etc. Just by the entrance of the building is a Bakery which offers delicious sweets and cakes for breakfast, while a few steps away is a big Grocery Store open 24h every day.
From the house you can easily reach by foot the majority of the touristic attractions of Rome, all in a walking distance (less than 20 min.): Saint Peter’s Basilica, Vatican Museums, Sant’Angelo Castle, the Prati district with its shopping streets, Navona Square and the Pantheon, Campo de Fiori and Trastevere with their funny nightlife, the Gianicolo hill with its amazing view of the town, the park of Villa Pamphilii (the biggest and most suggestive in Rome, ideal for sport, jogging, biking or simply relaxing with a walk in the green).
In 5 min. by foot you find also the Santo Spirito Hospital and the Bambin Gesù Pediatric Hospital.
