In the heart of Normandy, Welcome to Yogi House, a country house with a nomadic spirit.
Nestled in a peaceful hamlet, and surrounded by a large garden, with a swimming pool, it has all the comforts to accommodate 10 people in a warm and unique atmosphere.
Ideally located, many sports and cultural experiences (cycling, walking, water skiing, canoeing, horseback riding, Normandy beaches (1 hour), castle tours, Caen and its Memorial & landing beaches.
The space
Our character house combines the authentic charm of a Norman cottage with a nomadic atmosphere. A house in the colors of the world, which has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large living room of 45 m2, a furnished veranda, surrounded by a large enclosed garden of 2000 m2.
It has a beautiful yoga room under the roofs and an extra bedroom (for yoga retreat only).
A heated swimming pool of 18 m2 enchants the house in summer.
Yogi House offers:
. A large living room (living room & open kitchen) comfortable and bright, mix of raw materials, vintage furniture and antique objects. A fireplace with a wood-burning stove to relax & a veranda to extend the day in a winter garden.
. 5 unique bedrooms: each is carefully decorated, between travel inspiration, vintage furniture and a cozy atmosphere. Very comfortable bedding (beds convertible into 2 single beds or a double bed), linen or cotton voile sheets, ultra soft towels and soaps and shampoos of natural origin.
• A large garden: Enjoy our 2000 m2 enclosed garden, equipped with deck chairs, table and benches, ping-pong table and barbecue. A peaceful place to relax and enjoy the surrounding nature.

• An ideal location between countryside and sea: Located in the heart of Normandy Switzerland, in the Orne, between the Perche and Calvados, Yogi House offers easy access to many outdoor activities (bike rides and hiking trails from the house and many marked trails in the region, fishing in rivers, Lake Rabodanges (and its leisure base: water skiing, canoeing...), renowned equestrian centers and Haras, climbing sites, Normandy beaches 50 minutes away (Cabourg, Deauville 1 hour), as well as famous tourist sites (castles, picturesque villages, Caen city 50 minutes away and its Memorial, and the landing beaches, 1 hour 15 minutes away)

Rules for using the heated pool
Security and access:
The pool is equipped with an electric safety cover, in accordance with French regulations.
The safety curtain must be closed:
- After each use, in case of rain or cool outdoor temperature.
- Systematically in the evening, to maintain the temperature and secure the pool during the night.
Access to the pool is strictly reserved for tenants.
Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.
Glass objects are prohibited around and in the pool.
No running, diving or rough play around or in the pool.
. Temperature and equipment:
The pool temperature is set by us. It is strictly forbidden to modify the heating, as any attempt to modify it may damage the system.
The pool's operating system is fragile and requires great care:
- Before opening the curtain with the remote control, it is mandatory to unlock all the safety latches.
- Failure to do so may block the system and render the pool unusable, which may result in costs to the tenant.
. Daily maintenance (at the expense of tenants)
Start-up of the cleaning robot 1 hour per day.
Manual cleaning of the water surface, removing leaves, flowers or floating debris.
Emptying the skimmer basket every day to ensure the proper functioning of the filtration.
. Monitoring during the stay:
A person in charge of the pool will visit at least once during the stay to check the proper functioning and ensure compliance with the rules.
. Insurance and liability:
The tenant must be insured for any damage caused:
- To the pool operating system (curtain, heating, filtration).
- To the interior or exterior lining of the pool.
The owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries or drowning.
Use of the pool is the sole responsibility of the tenants.
