Welcome to AppleOne Banawa Heights, a gated community 17 km (10 miles) from Mactan-Cebu International Airport. This quiet high-end subdivision features a gym, an on-site restaurant, salon, store, 24hrs security and an outdoor swimming pool.
The air-conditioned unit is composed of 1 bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave and a fridge and 1 bathroom. A fast PLDT internet connection and TV with NETFLIX.

Guest will have access to the entire unit.
A fourth floor walk-up with a small balcony, a 40-inch TV with Netflix, fast unlimited wi-fi, and hot water shower. The living room has a sofa and coffee table, a perfect spot to unwind. The kitchen has an electric stove with an oven, a microwave, a fridge, and all the cooking utensils you might need. The bedroom has a double bed and a closet.
