The space
Y Fflat has its own entrance, free on street parking, a private garden for your exclusive use and a shared garden should you want to use the trampoline and swings and slide. It is ideal for individuals, families and couples who want a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life but also close enough to the variety of attractions this area of Wales has to offer!
This spacious single storey annex has a twin bedroom, double bedroom with 32" smart tv, fitted kitchen which is fully equipped with cooker, filter coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, washer dryer, dishwasher and a fridge freezer, shower room with sink and toilet and a living/dining room with table and chairs, 2 chairs, sofa, 32" smart tv, DVD player, DVDs, board games and books.
Y Fflat can sleep up to 5 people and a child in a cot. The additional person would be on a put-u-up which can go in the twin bedroom or living room (we leave this up so you can decide where to put it). A travel cot will fit in the double or twin bedroom.
One/two well behaved dogs are permitted, however, should you leave the dog/s in the property unattended they must be left in the kitchen as it is a safe space and has a tiled floor. There are 3 dogs at the property, 2 are kennelled away from the property itself and 1 is a house dog. You may see them around and they like a bit of a fuss.
Should you require a travel cot, highchair and baby bath to use in the shower then these can be provided on request. The cot can go in the double bedroom but furniture will need to be rearranged.
Feel free to use the outdoor areas at your convenience. We have kept our apple orchard, which is just through our field, as a private area for our guests, this is your private newly fenced area where you can picnic, play football with the children or just relax, there is a picnic table there for your convenience.
Y Fflat is attached to our family home which is a Grade II listed Victorian house. My grandparents lived here, then my parents and now my family and I! It is a wonderful place to live, we're very lucky to have lots of outside space to relax in and for the children to play. We have a fantastic vegetable garden so you may be lucky enough to sample some new potatoes, raspberries and tomatoes! The house is a 5 minutes walk from the sandy beach which is perfect for sandcastle building and swimming when the tide permits and a 10 minute walk from the Norman castle. We love living here and am sure you will love our little part of West Wales!
Even though we live in the adjoined property we do not impose on our guests. We are on hand should you need anything but when we have guests we let you carry on as if we are not here at all! There are 3 children (7, 8 and 14) here so there will be some day to day noise but we try keep it to a minimum when the flat is occupied. Being a Victorian home the walls are sound proofed!
