Welcome to Idaho's first Airbnb meets Escape Room experience. Not only will you have access to our fun rustic cabin/garage-like home, you'll also have a night full of mysteries, puzzles, and secrets to solve. On top of that Yellowstone is just 1 hour away!
4 bandits, known as the Yellowstone bandits, stole over $40 million buffalo dollars from Yellowstone and the surrounding areas. These bandits, known by their nicknames; Grizzly, Wolf, Moose, and Elk, have hidden the cash throughout the house. Your team will need to solve the puzzles and mysteries to get the money back. You'll not only have to explore the house but also the escape car and sketchy shed out back. Your final goal will be to open the bandit's BIG safe where your prize awaits! Everything in the BIG safe is your to keep!
Escape rooms are lots of fun, but their time limits can be frustrating. Our overnight escape house has no time limits. You'll get to the enjoy the entire house, puzzles, mysteries, hot tub, and more. You'll have til checkout to recover as much money as you can and open the BIG safe to win! Your score will not be based on time but on how much money your team recovers.
IMPORTANT ... You are not locked in the house. You can come and go as you please.
Are you stuck? Guests may ask for hints via the Airbnb app for just $1/2 million dollars ... this hint money will be subtracted from the final score. Do excellent work and you can make it on our leader board ... see current leaders at the bottom of this page!
This all takes place at our garage renovation complete with kitchen, dining, loft, laundry, bathroom, and hot tub! This is a tiny home. The place is 600 square feet on the main floor with a 120 foot square foot loft for additional sleeping room. There are 3 full-size beds on the main floor and 2 floor mattresses in the loft. It's most comfortable with 2-5 people but could sleep up to 8 people if you really want to cram in and share beds.
NEW HOT TUB!!!! The bandits must have used some of that stolen money to buy a brand new 2024 hot tub which is in the fenced back yard for your enjoyment. You may use the hot tub until 11pm at night. Please no food, drinks, or R rated activities in the hot tub!
Yellowstone and Teton National Parks are nearby. If you need a break from the investigation we highly recommend visiting. It is a 1 hour drive to Yellowstone's West Entrance. It is a 1hr 30min drive to Teton's South Entrance. We have created 1,2, and 3 day trip plans for you so you get to all the best sites. Once you book with us ... we can send these to you if you'd like to use them! We also have a great list of local things to do too!
Idaho is not known for its beaches but our house just 3 blocks from the free river beach (AKA The Sandbar). There you can play in the sand, swim, ride the water slide, or use the diving board. It's one of the coolest places on this side of the state.
This Airbnb is camera free! No cameras on the inside or outside!
***SPECIAL WINTER AMENITY*** We provide 2 pairs of snowshoes and snow tubes that our guests can use for free. There are lots of great local places to snowshoe and sled. Message us for more info!
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property and hot tub. Be aware ... the escape car and sketchy shed are locked and will need to be opened by solving puzzles in the house.
