Our home is tucked away in a quiet, leafy Dallas neighborhood near Addison, Plano, and Carrollton. You’ll love how peaceful it feels while still being just minutes from major tollways, great restaurants, grocery stores, and neighborhood parks. It’s a wonderful spot for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers who want a comfortable, easy place to call home during their stay.

The space
Yellow flowers is your private room with a queen size bed, pillows and linens, have a dresser with mirrors, 50" HD TV, a closet to keep your belongings and a laptop friendly table and chair. A full bathroom is in the corridor next to the room and is shared with another guest. Please use our dining table to have your food. In the dining area a mini pantry is set up with Fridge, Keurig coffee machine, toaster and microwave, paper cups, plates and other accessories for your use.

Please park your vehicle right in front of the house between two of the mailboxes. (Please do not block the mail boxes for easy access to postal service)
No shoes indoors — Please remove your shoes upon entering to help keep the home clean and comfortable for everyone.
Quiet hours at 11 p.m. — We kindly ask that you respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 11 p.m.
No smoking or substances — Smoking, vaping, or using recreational substances is not permitted inside the home or anywhere on the property perimeter.
Generally pets are not allowed. Please contact to get approval for pets on special situations.
Registered guests only — Only the individuals listed on the reservation may stay overnight. No unregistered guests are allowed.
No housekeeping during stay — Daily housekeeping is not provided. Fresh towels and linens are supplied at the start of your stay.
Guest responsibility & safety — All units are privately owned. The homeowners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the property, nor for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. Please take care during your stay.
Checkout is at 11:00 a.m. Please place used towels in the laundry basket, double‑check that all lights are turned off, and make sure you haven’t left behind any personal items. Leave keys or access cards in the room, lock the door securely when you exit, and send a quick message to confirm departure.
