Walkable area

Guests say this area is easy to get around.
Some info has been automatically translated.
This is a "very old building" that seems to have been built in the early Showa era.
It used to be a dried fish shop.
It is a long row house with a very unique construction.

The dirt floor right from the entrance, the strangely small living room, the steep stairs, the slightly sloping second floor, etc., are inconvenient everywhere. We renovated it to make it comfortable while preserving the appearance of the time.

The location of the inn is in a good location, just behind Katsuura Asaichi Street, along the shopping district. It's close to Katsuura Port, so you can easily go fishing. In the morning, you can buy fresh vegetables and dried goods at the morning market, take a break at a locally famous coffee shop, visit a nearby temple, or bathe at Matsu-no-Yu, the oldest public bath in Chiba Prefecture! There are also various reasonably priced bars with good atmospheres nearby. Try Katsuura Tantan Noodles!

7-minute walk to Katsuura Chuo Beach
The nearby supermarket, "Beisia", is 4 minutes by car
Nearby convenience store 7-Eleven 5-minute walk
Katsuura station is a 9-minute walk

About garbage
There are garbage sorting bins in the building. Help us sort the trash. Please double bag your trash, especially food waste, as it smells strongly. You can leave the garbage as it is. We will dispose of it.

In the unlikely event that the number of guests is incorrect, you will be charged a penalty of 20,000 yen per person. If you get a complaint or the police are called from the neighborhood due to noise problems, etc., you will be charged 20,000 yen

Guest access
There is no shared space with other guests as it is a private rental facility.

Other things to note
- Heavy rain and strong winds
Because it is an old building, the building may shake and the windows may rattle when strong winds blow (especially in the second floor bedroom).

Also, when it rains heavily, rain may come in through the gaps in the wooden frame windows.
In that case, please close the rain shutters (they are also old and difficult to close).

Rain may drip through the kitchen and bathroom, which are connected.
In that case, please use the bucket we have provided.

- Privacy
The windows on the second floor are frosted glass, but there are no sliding doors or curtains.
If you are concerned about privacy or the morning sun, please close the storm shutters.

- Toilet
The toilet has a simple faucet. Since it is directly connected to the toilet, the smell may occasionally flow back.
