We are located 3 km from downtown Xela and a few blocks from the popular La Pradera shopping mall with the Walmart supermarket. Nearby are Chinese, Italian and sushi restaurants along with those serving excellent local foods. A modern gym is within 10 minutes walking distance. A 15 minute walk gets you to the city’s largest open-air market where you can find the finest and most extensive range of vegetables, fruits, and legumes…and almost anything else you might want. Next to the market is the chicken-bus terminal for access to any other part of Guatemala. And next to it is MegaPaca, the city’s largest store for used and sometimes new clothing and merchandise, a fun place to browse.

The neighborhood has no safety issues.
