Welcome to our cozy little getaway on Sparrow Lake—a fresh new build designed with rest and relaxation in mind.
• Sleeps 6 comfortably: king bed on main level + 2 loft queen beds
• Bathroom with double-headed walk-in shower, essentials & fluffy towels
• Full kitchen stocked for cooking
• Gas grill on deck with grilling utensils
• Surrounded by peaceful nature, lake access, and wildlife sightings
• 5 min to I-35, 10 to Guthrie Historic District, 15 to Lazy E Arena, 40 to OSU, 30 to OKC!
The space
The Cottages at Sparrow Lake is a new development of cozy cottages tucked away in a wooded area with a small fishing lake and peaceful vibes.
Guest access
Guest have Acces to the shore line and surrounding grounds on the cottage side of the lake. The opposite side of the lake is not accesable to guests.
We share the lake with the Nieghbor’s to the west. Guest are not allowed to steer boats in front of the Nieghbor’s house, or cross over the Nieghbor’s property boundary.
