Woodland Magic has been a beloved mountain escape for decades, welcoming guests who want adventure by day and comfort at night. It’s a favorite for couples, families, and small groups looking to trade city noise for forest air, cozy interiors, and evenings spent soaking in the hot tub or swapping stories by the fire.

• 10-minute walk to the neighborhood pond on Riverview Dr. if you’d like to fish

• Easy driving access to downtown Luray, hiking, and local attractions

Other things to note
• Neighborhood roads are gravel/dirt and can be narrow, bumpy, and occasionally rutted

• In normal, dry conditions, many guests arrive comfortably in standard vehicles, including FWD and RWD sedans

• AWD/4WD is recommended after heavy rain
• AWD/4WD with all-weather tires is required in snow (roads are not plowed)
• Low-clearance vehicles may have difficulty with potholes

• The cabin is about 15 minutes from downtown Luray

• The hot tub is professionally cleaned, maintained, and heated for your arrival. It is always checked between guests. For longer stays, our hot tub technician may stop by for a brief mid-stay service to keep it clean and safe.

• We do not refund for road conditions, weather, or power outages. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. If anything ever seems off during your stay, message us—we respond quickly and are happy to help.

We are located in an extremely safe and quiet small cabin community. Some locals would describe the cabin as being in a "hollow" (pronounced holler) 6 miles down a no outlet road that follows the route of the nearby Shenandoah river.

9 minute walk to Shenandoah Outfitters. Less than 15 minute walk to go fishing at Bealer's Pond, our neighborhood pond or the Shenandoah River. About a 30 minute drive to Shenandoah National Park. The town of Luray & the Luray Caverns are a 15 minute drive.
