A quiet, relaxed beach getaway. A path takes you through the dunes to a wide sandy beach that feels very private. 1/2 block to walk/bike path that leads to town or to Nehalem state park. Beautiful details, including exposed beams, warm wood finishes, high quality linen duvets over down comforters, newly renovated bathrooms. After beach time, lounge on the treetop deck, cozy up next to the wood stove or play a round of ping pong with the fam. Large windows offer private tree views. MCA #50600

A newly renovated, family- and dog-friendly beach house tucked on a quiet gravel road, with a footpath through the dunes to a gorgeous beach. Three bedrooms with high quality linen duvets and down comforters, two newly renovated bathrooms with warm Japanese tile (June 2026), and plenty of common space for groups up to 8. High ceilings, warm exposed beams throughout the house create an open feel.

Main Level

Kitchen, Living, Dining, The heart of the house.
A spacious and well-stocked open kitchen, dining, and living area with exposed beams, warm wood finishes, and large windows looking into the trees. A wood stove keeps things cozy on cool coastal evenings. Cabinets stocked with games, puzzles and backgammon for cozy evenings.

Deck
Access to a quiet outdoor deck with a dining table with stairs to the upper deck.

Full bathroom
Newly renovated (June 2026), warm bathroom with Japanese tiles, quartz-topped vanity and full shower.

Laundry
Washer and dryer available for all that beach gear. Beach towels available.

Beach toys, beach wagons, bikes and ping pong table await you!

Front deck
Newly updated cedar deck with a rinse station and wood storage. Motion light and smartlock help get into the house without problem.

Upstairs

TV & Play Room
A second living area with a smart TV for streaming, DVD player and comfy couches — the go-to spot for movie nights, rainy afternoons, and after-beach hangs. There’s also a kids hideout and many children’s books to enjoy.

Bedroom 1
King bed - the primary sleeping space — quiet and restful, with the same warm wood details found throughout the home. Linen duvets over down comforters on all beds. A Pack N Play is available in the closet.

Bedroom 2
Queen bed — flexible for couples, a parent and kids. Desk and chair in this room make a quiet workspace.

Bedroom 3
Two twin size beds — great for kids or two
adults.

Extra sleeping
2 twin size mattresses, stored in the upstairs nook, can be placed in any room for extra sleeping space. 2 couches upstairs can also serve as sleeping spots.

Bathroom
Full bathroom with shower and bathtub, newly renovated spa-like space with tile and quartzite counters as of June 2026.

Treetop Deck
Off the upper level, with private treetop views and deck chairs — a quiet spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

Outside
A short walk through the dunes brings you to a wide, sandy beach that feels nearly private. A half block away, the walk/bike path leads into town in one direction (~10-15 minutes) and out to Nehalem Bay State Park (~5 minutes) in the other.
