The space
Our homey, child-friendly studio offers a comfortable queen-size bed with a pull-out for extra guests, pillows, and hotel-style sheets to guarantee you a good night's rest. The unit also comes ready with a full kitchen equipped with cooking and dining utensils to meet all your culinary needs. We have installed a wide 4ft by 6ft mirror to maximize the potential of the space!

Inside our condo are furnishings such as: modern countertops in the kitchen; minimalist furnishing (a combination of soft white, gray, and brown hues or earth tones); cool LG air-conditioning; seating in the ocean view balcony (an extra white foldable table is provided); bright but soft mellow lighting (with tinted windows to minimize sunlight, especially for those who want to sleep late); and a compact cabinet for all your belongings.
For entertainment, our safely guarded complex has a pool (which renters can use from Tuesday to Friday) and a barbecue space to bond with loved ones and friends.
If being outdoors is not your idea of fun, you can relax at our condo studio surfing the web on our free Wi-Fi (provided by Sky Fiber ) or watch Netflix on our HD LG 50-inch flat-screen TV.
We have an LG Washing Machine 6KG (semi-automatic) installed for easier washing of laundry. We have added a retractable hanger near the air conditioning exhaust if you will be hanging your towels or laundry.
A set of bath towels and a roll of toilet paper are provided inside the room. We have also provided some extra pillows and bedding for ease of use during long-term stays. As well as some cleaning materials needed in case of an emergency.
NOTE: The shower heater is connected to the main source of water, and there are times that the first flow might smell a bit of pipes. Please let the first water flow for at least 1 minute for the water to cycle with a fresh new one before putting yourself under the shower to ensure a great experience. If you find that water pressure is an issue, please let us know; it can be easily remedied by our condo maintenance as well.

Upon your arrival, guests need to provide a copy of their passport or any government-issued ID for building security requirements.
The standard check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Early or late check-out must be pre-arranged, as this depends on availability and may involve extra fees.
This is your home away from home; treat it exactly as you would your own.
Please keep the place clean during your stay. Daily housekeeping is not included in the quoted rental rate. If you require mid-stay housekeeping for an additional fee, please let us know!
If you have suggestions or other requests during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact me asap (my preferred method of communication is through the Airbnb app), and I will strive to do my best to deliver on reasonable requests. 1. The unit is on the Building 2, 7th floor.
2. Touch/high-five the doorknob until its light switch is ON.
3. Then press/input the six-digit passcode followed by #. [which will be provided upon confirmed booking].
As you hear the voice confirming it's open, hold and push down the doorknob to open it. To close/lock, hold and pull up the doorknob or double lock.

The condo is near markets, malls, outlet stores, schools, hospitals, and a ferry. Surrounded by a small sari-sari store or pharmacy at your convenience as well:

Other things to note
The swimming pool is only available from Tuesdays to Fridays, excluding holidays (around 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.).
CONDO POLICY : Strictly NO SMOKING inside the premises of the condo units and common areas inside the building. There is a designated Smoking Section at the park or near the trees. You may ask the Security as to where it is allowed to smoke.
Kindly present proof of your booking with your valid ID upon entering the property premises. The security personnel might also check your vaccination card or proof of vaccination (if COVID cases spike).
