The guards can literally see the unit, so it makes our guest feel safer aside from the CCTV at the front of the unit to assist any emergency recordings.

For those who are staying long term with only 2 headcounts, we will need to turn off/close off the room and the air conditioner in the 2nd room, as the discount was for the electrical usage intended for that room. Our homey, child-friendly townhouse offers 2 rooms with doors and a 3rd room with no door or enclosure with a comfortable queen-size bed (main room) and two double decks, a 2nd-floor entertainment area with a study table, with two extra mattresses for an additional person or visitor, mirrors, pillows, and hotel-style sheets to guarantee you a good night's rest.
The unit also comes ready with a full kitchen equipped with cooking and dining utensils to meet all your culinary needs. Although please take note that we will not be providing you with food supplies.
Inside our townhouse are furnishings such as modern countertops in the kitchen; minimalist furnishing (a combination of soft white and brown hues or earth tones); (3) cool air-conditioning (1.5 HP in the dining area, 1 HP in the main room, and 0.5 window type for the kids room); an electric fan; bright but soft mellow lighting (with tinted windows to minimize sunlight, especially for those who want to sleep late); and a compact cabinet for all your belongings.
For entertainment, our safely guarded subdivision has a common area for a barbecue space to bond with loved ones and friends. You may opt to relax outside in our mini garden space; we can provide you with chairs and foldable tables if requested. If being outdoors is not your idea of fun, relax at our townhouse studio and surf the web on our free Wi-Fi (provided by Converge & Starlink). We have a newly installed 50-inch smart TV on the 1st floor (sala/dining section).
We are also 10-15 minutes away from the nightlife of both Tagbilaran City and Panglao Island if nightlife is your idea of fun! If you are the type who loves to stay cozy indoors with books surrounding you (I am a bookworm myself!), we got you covered! We are also trying to add more reading materials from different languages supporting our various types of guests.
A set of bath towels (one for each guest) and a roll of toilet paper are provided inside the bathroom. We have also provided some extra pillows and bedding for ease of use during long-term stays. As well as some cleaning materials needed in case of an emergency.
We have added a retractable hanger near the laundry area exhaust if you will be hanging your towels after each use. As well as a semi-automatic washing machine with clothing racks in the laundry area for long stays.
Upon your arrival, guests need to provide a copy of their passport or any government-issued ID for subdivision security requirements.
The standard check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Early or late check-out must be pre-arranged, as this depends on availability and may involve extra fees. [Early check-in charge: Php200 per hour]
CLEANLINESS: Please maintain a clean place during your stay. Daily housekeeping is not included in the quoted rental rate. If you require mid-stay housekeeping for an additional fee, please let us know!
PETS: For those who are bringing 1 pet, they are allowed to stay with a fee of Php 2,500.00 and are only allowed on the 1st floor area. They need to be trained enough to poo and pee outside the townhouse. If they will destroy some items, we will need to charge for the replacement of the item itself, and if they poo and pee inside, we will charge for extra cleaning too.
ANIMALS & NATURE: Let us know if you are wary of animals such as dogs, cats, and birds, as we have them in our area. There are dogs and cats around, though they are harmless since a lot of our folks in our community feed these. Not all of them are owned—some of them are strays who found their way, and a lot of us feed them from time to time.

Self-Check-In: This will be provided during check-in. We will provide the key on the door (with a keypad lock); we also live nearby.
Address: Richwood Homes, Purok 6, Dao Dauis, Panglao Island, Bohol. Near Panglao International Airport and Tagbilaran Seaport.
Access to the whole house with 2 rooms, a living room, a small, complete kitchen, a dining area, and 1 toilet and bath (inside the house). Use of all home appliances, refrigerators, and kitchenware is given during your stay.
The townhouse is near the famous beaches and resorts. If you need a car or motorcycle to use, please let us know, as we have contacts who will provide these services. There are ample parking spaces near or in front of the house.
Other things to note
The property is located in a tropical area. As such, insects may occasionally enter through open windows (especially in the bathroom or side glass windows), such as ants, spiders, or roaches. Please remember to keep windows closed as much as possible.
If you happen to see any insects, there’s no need to panic—an anti-bug spray is provided for your convenience.
House lizards/geckos may also occasionally be seen inside or around the apartment. They are harmless and should not cause alarm. While we have preventive measures in place to discourage them, nature is not always perfect.
Pet Policy
Pets (dogs or cats) are allowed only on the 1st floor of the townhouse, provided they are well-behaved and do not damage any furniture or fixtures.
Please note that any damage caused by pets—including but not limited to cabinets, chairs, couches, or other furnishings—will require full reimbursement for replacement.
We kindly ask that pets be house-trained and taken outside to relieve themselves to avoid odors inside the unit. If pets urinate or defecate indoors, an additional cleaning fee will apply, as extra sanitation steps are necessary to prepare the space for the next guest.
