Pet friendly guest house in SE Portland 1 block from the heart of SE Division street. Located on a quiet dead-end street, with a full kitchen, ground floor bedroom/bathroom, spacious walk-in shower, and super cozy upstairs loft makes for the perfect work remote office.

Grocery stores in every direction, neighborhood wine shop, and weed shop, restaurants and bars right around the corner.

The space
We built our guest house to incorporate the upstairs loft into our giant willow tree so when you look out the windows you get a sense of being in a tree house!

Tons of windows open to allow for fresh air flow. WhisperComfort ERV (energy recovery ventilator) keeps the air circulating through the structure 24x7.

Upstairs loft has TV watching area that can be used as a 2nd bedroom, or lovely work space with lots of natural light and airflow, and a small desk for a work space.

Guest access
You have the whole guest house to yourself, and a cozy little front porch for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktails.

We offer a pet friendly stay - and we intentionally don't charge anything extra.
(Price gouging for pets is uncool!)
2 dog max and they must be friendly with other dogs.

Our shepherd/lab mix is extremely friendly and social - and he generally wants to say hi. If you have a large alpha dog that really doesn't do well with other pups - or has leash aggression - please look elsewhere.

Restaurants and bars are all opening back up for inside/outside dining - so you have an option in every direction based on your preference.

We love eating out and we love sharing our favorites - so feel free to ask us about our neighborhood. Pizza, taquerias, cocktails, burgers...we can recommend based on what you're after.

Hi! I am Leigh. I work as a freelance graphic designer by day, and a rock climber for all the rest. My partner and I love our pets, we road trip, rock climb, fly fish, and generally get out of the city as much as we can. But we also love all the good pizza and beer that Portland has to offer. Pre-covid-19 we would rent our house while out on road trips. In late 2019 we broke ground on our new backyard guest house - and now finally as of July of 2020 - it's ready for guests to enjoy.
