1 bedroom above ground apartment located in the heart of Deer Lake. Just minutes from the airport and within walking distance to all amenities. Quiet, park like setting with two vehicle parking. Private entrance and deck to sit and enjoy the surrounding birch trees, the peaceful sound of a flowing brook and birds singing! Whether you are traveling for business or pleasure, you will enjoy all the comforts of home.

Small but cozy apartment ideal for individuals traveling for business or pleasure. Can occupy up to 4 people accommodating for those small families looking for a home away from home!

Guest access
Guest have their own private deck to avail of with a personal BBQ and patio furniture. The deck is surrounded by beautiful birch trees and over looks the creek flowing through the back yard. There is a paved driveway with a basketball net for guest use. Also, there is a swing set, monkey bars and a trampoline for the children.

Other things to note
The apartment is located on the back of the house. There is a large paved driveway with one half of the driveway reserved for guest parking, plenty of room for two vehicles. The paved walkway will lead you directly to the apartment.

The apartment is centrally located in town. Whether you are traveling to Deer Lake for buisness or pleasure there is plenty for the entire family to avail of! Directly behind the apartment is the Hodder Memorial Complex equipped with a skating arena, pool and hot tub and a bowling alley. There are several Pubs within walking distance as well as many restaurants and fast food services. Plenty of walking trails located only minutes away, a beautiful sandy beach to enjoy in the summer months and well groomed snowmobile trails very close by. You can leave the apartment on snowmobile and within minutes be on the groom trail! For the skiers, Marble Mountain is located only 20 minutes away.
