Our beautiful 4 bedroom property was purpose-built to be enjoyed all year round in the historic millhouse district of Pemberton, nestled deep in the heart of the South-West Karri Forests.
A few minutes walk from Jaspers for a delicious meal. Only 750m to the new floating sauna. Or walk or ride directly onto the Bibbulmun or Munda Biddi tracks for your active adventure.

The space
With three luxurious king bedrooms, one kids room complete with timber bunk beds, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a front porch for morning coffees and a back porch facing the South-West sunset, Willow on Pine is the perfect property for your stay.
We provide everything you might need for your stay, including high quality linens and fluffy towels, premium toiletries, tea, biodegradable coffee pods, boardgames, DVDs, Netflix, high speed WiFi, BBQ, wood fire and a huge backyard offering a front row seat to the historic Pemberton Tramway.

Please note that street parking is not permitted, however we provide parking via our driveway and the grass verge
Kids
We have one high chair, one portacot and a lockable detachable gate to block access to the stairs available for use.
A/C
We have two a/c units downstairs, and two high powered Dyson fans upstairs.
Heating
There are two reversal cycle heaters downstairs along with a cozy fireplace. (BYO wood)
The two upstairs bedrooms have electric blankets for the chillier months.
