Beautiful! Walk in and say "WOW!" Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Brand new house! 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths sleeps a family of 6. Main floor bedroom with custom en suite bathroom. Large spacious kitchen great for the whole family. Walking distance from a city park, great neighborhood. Street parking in front of the house. Willa on Walnut was built in 1895. Within 30 minutes of Fort Wayne, IN and Lima, OH.

The space
CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN!! Everything is clean and new. Refresh in our farmhouse style furniture. Features a private reading nook in the front sun room. Bedroom on main floor has queen bed, private tv and en suite bathroom. En suite bathroom features a large zero entry walk in spa like shower. Second floor has two bedrooms both with queen beds. One with a twin trundle bed and smart tv with blu-ray player. The other with a single pull out sofa-bed and a fun smart projector. Completing the upstairs oasis is a full bathroom. The kitchen is magnificent and offers everything you will need during your stay. We even have a "junk" drawer, this place really feels like home! There is plenty of dining space at the kitchen table and large 8 foot island with seating. Right off of the kitchen is the colorful laundry room and conveniently placed half bath. A large mud room makes for the perfect drop zone for guests groceries, supplies and shoes! The house features two entrances with private parking in the rear of the property as well as available street parking. Whether you are staying for the weekend or week, Willa on Walnut will meet all of your needs and will have you relaxing like you're at home!
