Our property comfortably accommodates 14–15 guests in 5 private units side by side, each with its own bathroom and kitchen—perfect for groups who want to stay close while enjoying personal privacy. The centerpiece is a charming courtyard, a hidden oasis surrounded by greenery. Additionally, our spacious terrace offers a cozy spot for morning coffee or evening gatherings.

Events are welcome, but please note that quiet hours start at 9 PM to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.

For your convenience, guests are welcome to store their baggage with us if they arrive early, giving you the freedom to explore Tbilisi until check-in time. We also offer luggage storage after check-out if you have a late flight or want to enjoy the city without carrying your bags.

The interior blends clean, cozy designs with unique traditional touches that reflect Tbilisi’s rich heritage, creating a perfect balance of comfort and charm.
