Soak up the view during your stay.
Gorgeous RV parking campsite with full hookup (sewer, water, and electric)! Electric hookups include 50A, 30A, and 110v. This site provides your very own scenic view with fields and wooded areas looking away from the host’s house approx. 100 yards away. It is very possible to see deer, turkey, and other wildlife during your stay.

We are from 20 to 90 minutes to several fishing lakes (see map). Also near the University of Tennessee at Martin, and Discovery Park of America!

The space
This is a beautiful parking space for your RV in a natural setting with a view of rolling fields and wooded areas. We can accommodate up to a 30’ RV.

You MUST BRING AN RV! This is a lot only!
There are no restrooms or showers available!!!

Guest access
You will have access to a spacious campsite and surrounding area (please within 100 feet of your campsite).
You will NOT have access to the barn, outbuildings, or host’s home.

Other things to note
The driveway into the campsite is shared by the hosts. The hosts home is approximately 100 yards away from the campsite. Your RV will be facing away from the house for your privacy. Children are welcome to stay here! We don't offer amenities for babies or children, as this listing does not contain a dwelling but a campsite where you bring your own RV, Supplies, etc...

The neighborhood is very quiet in a country setting, but only about 7 minutes from Dresden where there are three gas stations/convenient stores, a grocery store, and 3 fast food restaurants.
We are about 7 minutes from Hwy 22 in Dresden, and 16 minutes from Hwy 45 in Greenfield.
