Perfect for artists, creatives and writers wishing for a beautiful space used by a professional artist, or perhaps you are seeking a solo escape, romantic getaway, or quiet time to unwind and recharge. It is perfect for those coming south for an event and needing somewhere to stay.
This cozy, light-filled suite for is designed for 2, yet can sleep a max of 4 if using the pull out Koala Couch, which gives an additional queen sized bed.
The retreat is nestled on semi-rural acreage with peaceful paddock and wetland views, yet is just 5 minutes to Dunsborough & 10 minutes to Yallingup.

The space
Spring Studio is situated under the roofline of our private shed at the end furthest from the main dwelling.
It is about 20 metres away from the main building. Our family lives in the main house and uses the other side of the shed so you will hear us coming and going.
It features a fully functional kitchen, ensuite and main room with bed, couch, dining table and creative corner. It has an artistic, vintage cozy feel. Being a working studio when not booked by guests, the floors are sealed concrete with a little paint splattered character. The lighting options are many, including soft glow of lamps or artist considered LEDs set to daylight for those that wish to create into the evening or enjoy our lamps for cozy nighttime vibes.

Sleeps 2-4: A thoughtfully designed suite with a Country Style Magazine vibe, featuring a plush queen bed for ultimate comfort and a couch that quickly converts to a queen size bed. Please note this takes only one minute to set up or pack down, and is at ground level when set up.
Fully Self-Contained: Enjoy the convenience of a well-equipped kitchen with coffee machine, Miele oven, induction cooktop, microwave, fridge and freezer, plus all the essentials to cook a storm or enjoy the ease of heat and eat. Your private bathroom includes mini hairdryer, outfit repair kit, luxury towels and botanical soaps, ensuring a lighter pack and a seamless stay.
Breathtaking Surroundings: Wake to views of sheep grazing in the adjoining paddock, immerse yourself in the sounds of nature, and marvel at expansive skies that set the stage for stunning sunsets. Being a new build, we are still developing the landscaping so appreciate your understanding in this regard. It is neat and tidy, just needing to grow! The view beyond is incredibly peaceful.

Guest access
As our guest, you have exclusive access to the Spribg Studio during your stay.
You access the property down the main drive, with separate parking to the studio as you first reach the shed (one car bay). The studio is a dwelling under the roof line of our shed. Walk around the path to the patio areas to reach your private entrance. There you will find the key lock box and will be given access.
All windows and your private patio area have beautiful views that all face away from the main residence.
Other things to note
If you enjoy watching nature, you will love noticing the different species of birds that frequent our property. The property has a wild spring and wetland that is home to many frogs and a haven for local birdlife and kangaroos that appreciate its year round green grass.
We are a stone's throw from Simmo's Icecreamery for that mid-afternoon treat.
The 3 acre property is home to a happy brood of chickens which you may see from time to time.
A note regarding Leavers: Our area is a popular destination for school leavers each year. While we love what our community has to offer them, we respectfully choose to decline leavers unattended by parents, and reserve our accommodation for others who can find it challenging to find accommodation during that time because of the demand. Parents of leavers wishing to stay close by are welcome to book as we are a perfect option for you.
